The only shop who would give me an estimate on my car. I had interior fire, and the other collision centers on highway 46 S would not help. The insurance ended up totaling the car, but I am thankful for the help that they gave me. The general manager (Jeff, I think) was very helpful, along with everyone else there. A+++

Worst in ever way possible. OK I will explain on 6-24 2024 I had an accident took my car in fir estimate Dustin was my repair contact. Well no contact back then he left employment. Then went to Eric took over no contact. From him. The big problem is I need my car handicap equipment. The wanted me to leave it while the order parts paint parts this will take 3 weeks and they have to have it . My son did the repair in 6 hours. And had a new person eric was gone this took 3 months

Highly recommend! My brand new Audi got hit, and Classic Collision was recommended from my insurance. They were very thorough in telling me what they needed to do, answering any questions I had about the repairs. They got my car finished in only a week and a half! I was so shocked how quickly they got it done. They texted me and updated me in every step they were doing to my car, which was so nice to do. Everyone was so friendly and very professional. I’ve had some bad experiences with past body shops, and so impressed with Classic Collision! Hopefully I won’t need another body shop in the future, but if I do they will be the first people I call! Thanks Classic Collision!

If we could give this place 0 stars we would! Unfortunately the estimator and manager did not take any accountability in their work. The manager has 15 years in the industry and couldn’t tell how bad the bodywork was until we pointed out everything. And compared it to the other side of the truck that wasn’t repaired. In short, If your insurance is sending you here pick a different body shop!! They do not take pride in their work, and send out poorly repaired vehicles!!

I have had to vehicles repaired here and they do very good work. If you're not happy, they will make it right. The whole staff is great. Thanks to Grace and Cassandra for being great to work with.

I gave them 1 star because you can't give 0. They did not complete the repairs on my car and left black greasy hand prints on my interior. When I took it back, I was told they would have to order the weather stripping that they didn't install and that they would call me when the parts came in. They have never called, and every time I call them they tell me that my service advisor will call me back, but no one ever does. BEWARE!

I brought in my Tahoe(2020) to be fixed in mid January due to another car hitting me. They told me should be about 3 weeks from start to finish. Okay, no problem. I got updates once a week of the process I was getting from Hudson. My car ended up being completed faster then I initially anticipated it to be done. I was excited about that. I went to go pick up my car, and when I turned on the car my radio was no longer working. I dropped off my car in great working condition, besides the accident. Now, when I picked my car up the radio no longer works. I called Hudson, the guy who has been helping me during the process to let him know that now my radio doesn’t work. He was like okay, come back in. I came back the next day and he couldn’t find the problem. So he said they will have to do a diagnostic to figure out if it was accident related. I told him it has something to do with whomever worked on the car, cause I dropped off the car In working condition. He said that can’t be true. So after I left a survey saying I wasn’t satisfied with this, that he called me and said his boss is going to do the diagnostic test, so they had someone come in and “test” the car. They gave me some line of BULLSHIT saying that it’s the interface module and all Tahoes have this problem. Told me that they can’t link it to the accident.. again, I am telling them they blew something out when the person was working on my car. So, I asked my husband to take it to an automotive mechanic store to check it out… they took the whole radio system apart and found that they fried the radio brain . So they gave me false information, lied and are covering their tracks on what they did with my vehicle when they had possession of it. This place is not trustworthy, they have lied about properly diagnosing problems that they have created. In hopes of writing this, I hope it helps others know to double check these guys work.

I am amazed with the job they did on my Tundra. This was one of the best experiences with a body shop I have ever had. They kept me informed throughout the whole process and my truck was done way before I expected. I highly recommend Classic Collision.

I had truck bed damage from my travel trailer. The team at classic collision did an awesome job with the repairs and i got my truck back under the time frame I was quoted! Great job classic collision!

Waste of time, was basically told they'd give us a call when they were going to proceed with the repair. Two weeks later we call and the manager basically doubled down and called us liars, then proceeded to mock my gf over the phone. And when I told him as calmly as I could that this was ridiculous how he was treating the situation (I was beyond pissed but held back from cursing) I wanted to go to another collision center, and I told him over the phone we were. His response was "We wouldn't feel comfortable working on your car anyway." Which is fine by me, took one month for nothing to happen. Only to be called liars and to be talked to like an idiot. Caliber collision, and service king actually follows up and provides good customer service.FYI this was an insurance claim

Do not take your vehicle here. Completely dishonest people and the sad part about it is GEICO suggested them. I should have just waited and went with the Dealership. They had my car since October 6th and I didn’t get back until January 1st only to now be stuck with an engine light on and they don’t want to fix it or diagnose it anymore. I’ve called them over and over they don’t like to answer and all they do is lie. Please I’m warning you not to take your car here ever. I’m opening a investigation and plan on filing a complaint with GEICO and BBB.

This place really do not deserve even 1 star mines 3 star would be more appropriate. They are so unprofessional service , they over use their policy and do not communicate with insurance.OMG I called and they always said the car will be ready tomorrow we will call you but never happen. The service advisor every time I called was out with a customer. After several call they have caller ID and didn't answer me so my husband had to called and even to him they promise different days and calls and nothing happens.I had to show and wait and pressure for my car to be done .I never have to wait 2 weeks for a tiny scratch ?
