I don’t usually post reviews, but I felt the need to write about my experience with these guys because rarely do I get such a pain-free experience like this. First off, the customer service is absolutely top-notch. Everyone I talked to throughout my process were absolutely awesome. Steve handled most of the communication and did a fantastic job explaining everything in a manner that was easy to understand but also detailed enough for me to feel comfortable with what I was getting done and what I was paying for. Everyone I talked to were not only helpful but friendly and made this one of the smoothest experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a vehicle. They go above and beyond without even batting an eye. Thank you guys so much for not only the quality of work you do, but how you go about doing it.
I highly recommend and I will be using them moving forward whenever I am able to. Thanks again for everything!

I was referred to QuickAlign by my neighbor who had been going there for years. I’ve been taking my car to Steve and awesome group for years now as well, and am so thankful my neighbor pointed me in the right direction. The service is incredible. I’d give 10 stars, but it doesn’t allow that.
Brought my truck in for brake work and could not be happier with the results. These folks are professionals, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Will not take my vehicle to anyone else going forward. Thanks again for all your help.

This is a long overdue review. A few weeks ago, I was visiting the area from out town and I had an emergency tire issue resulting in the purchase of two tires for my truck. The cause of the tire issue was misalignment and it needed to be addressed before I could safely drive home. By luck, I stumbled across Steve’s alignment shop and he took immediate action to help me out. I greatly appreciate the sense of urgency with which he got the problem fixed. (My daughter was in a softball tournament in Seguin and I needed to get back to her asap.). Big thanks to Steve and the guys for all they did.

They did an alignment on my girlfriends car and we were both very impressed with their level of respect towards us and the gratitude they had for receiving our business. The alignment was done well, the car is no longer pulling to the left, and they were very humorous at the same time, definitely had us laughing. We simply set an appointment, dropped the car off and came back to pick it up when it was done, and enjoyed some friendly banter with the gentlemen inside. As they did the alignment they also checked for any other issues and notified us of an existing issue we were already aware of! They didn't try to upsale us or tell us we needed to fix things that weren't there. They were honest and kind the whole way! Thank you team!

Being from downtown Dallas I have NEVER had a car maintenance experience as POSITIVE as the one Steve provides at QuickAlign. I had a problem with my belt worsening over months making me more and more anxious on what it might be... I dropped my key off Thursday night and he gave me an answer Friday before 10 am. He is generous and communicative. At this point I want to drive down from Dallas to see Steve for all of my car troubles.

We were in the area on vacation when our car died. The tow truck driver recommended these guys and we dropped it off on a Sunday evening. Monday they had a diagnosis for us and fixed up by Tuesday morning. Our alternator had gone bad, so they replaced it and the battery. Grateful they were able to squeeze us in before we had to leave town. We worked with Mike and everything was fantastic.

I would absolutely recommend Steve and his crew to work on your vehicle. I had the luxury of being able to make an appointment. I dropped my truck off and they assigned it right away to a tech. They worked on my truck and fixed the problem. Steve took the time to explain what was happening and what they were doing to my truck. They also troubleshot another issue I had. It was repaired later the same day. I picked it up and they went over what was done. Everything they did was very upfront and transparent. Steve even recommended a ride share driver who gave me a ride to work and picked me up later that same day. Very good service and communication.
