RBFCU now requires vehicle purchases to have the title transfer done prior to releasing funds. They no longer do transfers in house.
The practicality of this is so ridiculous, I seriously see how they’re in the private party used vehicle business at all.

Went there today to inquire about a private party auto loan and to possibly move my business account. First red flag was they had no loan officers on site and you speak to a loan officer via video conference. Second they couldn’t find the vehicle records properly. Third they told me they expect the seller to hand over the title to the vehicle and have it recorded in the buyer’s name before they would cut the seller a check. Sounds like this credit union has poor leadership and does not want or need new business. No person in their right mind would do that! BEWARE!

I saw there was a review 4 months ago about there being no money in the ATM machines. This happened to me a couple weeks ago. I was credited the amount the ATM said I withdrew but still an issue 4 months ago. Another thing Is my major insurance company will show that I have paid my insurance however it takes the bank up to 3 days to reflect it. Come on you guys can do better than this.

The last five times I’ve went there their ATMs didn’t have any money, and there is no ATM inside the building. This happened at various times whether the credit union was opened or not.

After 19 years of business I decided to take my 6 figure salary elsewhere. Lagging app and transactions take almost a week to post, RBFCU charges for fees that are from their poor technology. Guess I never realized how much they stole over the past 2.5 years...2k in fees per year is ridiculous especially when I called and got half of it back. All because you all failed to transfer from savings accounts linked to checking. What a bunch of thieves! Don't do business here they might as well be a bank...smh

Was out of the state for a while and this bank was slowly charging me and drained my funds to $0. Read the fine print . Guess they feel they have the right to steal money from people who aren’t regularly active and paying their wire transfers and ATM fees and continuously deposing more money into their greedy pockets. Find a local bank like trust Texas here in new braunfels . Very friendly folks and don’t punish you and charge you a ridiculous amount of fees to hold on to your money.

Needed to send a wire for closing on land purchase. Tried several times and the representative took care of it. Or so I thought. The next morning, money didn't go and I wasn't notified. I had to go pull a cashiers check and FedEx it because of their screw-up. Not the first time I've had problems here.

Cayla was warm and welcoming after I was treated poorly by one of your bankers at the counter who choose not to be kind when asked a simple question. I don’t understand rude customer service by any employee. That is the first priority of your employment. However Cayla saved the day with basic human decency and exceptional customer service. Thank you. I have been with Randolph brooks since I was 17 years old because of your standards for excellence customer service. Today I was disappointed greatly. However I wanted to give your store 5 stars because of people like Cayla. She is the reason I come back.
