There is no longer drive thru teller only drive thru atm. The door still says drive thru teller open but its been gone for 3 months they said.

I am a member and was hoping to get a document notarized for my son who is not a member. The person at the kiosk said they can only notarize for members. I politely asked if she could ask the branch manager to make an exception and even offered to pay a fee. No exception was made which I understand but it's a policy that should be revisited. There were a total of zero customers (other than my son and me) in the branch at the time so they were not busy. Not a great experience for a long time customer.

Service is great but it will be awesome to have the new ATM like other locations where you can withdraw smaller bills. Instead of walking inside or waiting for the bank to open. Or if the bank is already close I need to drive to another location to get smaller bills

I love the patience of the people, but will not tolerate the policies and the way that a family member is treated. I have been a member for over 20 years and am not able to get a different credit card with 50000 in cash and a credit score over 800. Ad soon as I get my family members together, I am withdrawing all our money.It has been a day now, and they told me that it would take up to 4 hours to get approved. It looks like I will have to go somewhere else, because after me doing my part, no one at RBFCU wants to do there job.

Very unprofessional bank. Impersonal and bully minded people or at least powers that be at this "bank". Security Service Is light-years beyond RBFCU in service and care.
