“I inquired about a property and got reached out to by a Jessica. Every time she would set something up to meet with me, she either forgot or something came up to where she couldn't meet. We rescheduled for the next day; by 4pm I was reaching out to her to see if we were meeting up to view the property. After no response, I called her. Im fairly certain she was intoxicated and admitted to being at the river instead. When I said something about how she had spent the last two days dismissing me, she started talking about what we werent going to do. I cut her off and explained what we werent doing, was business together and Id hoped shed had a great day at the river. According to her, she was done with the river at that point but still couldnt be bothered. Who knows.. I know I feel for the owner of this home that Im interested in but can't seem to look at.
Update: I was reached out to by Aja first thing this morning to discuss what took place. There was not a single excuse made for the individual and despite not being the person to make the error, full accountability was taken. For that and the prompt response to the issue, Ive adjusted my stars accordingly to reflect my opinion on the company as a whole, and not just one individual.”
