The staff is always so courteous and helpful. They were very attentive to what kind of work boots I was looking for and even helped with getting the right in-sole to help with the irritating arch in my feet! I always know I will get great customer service when I go to this store!

Sales Representative Jeanie was super in helping me size a variety of steel toe work boots and in identifying the most comfortable fit. Jeanie was able to hold the boots for a couple of days while I considered the best option. Am super satisfied with my Red Wing Ecolyte BOA system boot. Most comfortable work boot ever!

Great boots, but wish they would open when they are supposed to. . Customer service could use some improvement but , good help is hard to find anywhere.

Poor customer service hung up the phone on me as I was talking, no the call wasn't dropped she chuckled then I could hear the phone being set back on the hook.

I called to see if they had the boot I wanted and the size I needed in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have it and would have to order it. I was calling from out of town and had a work boot voucher and they made accommodations for me to order my boot without me having to come in. They called me immediately when they came in and I went and picked them up. They went out of their way even though this is something against the managers policy. Thank you
