About three months ago I got my naval pierced here with Georgia and had a lovely experience, today I wanted to get another piercing and she took her time explaining the piercing and explained why my anatomy didn’t work out(this unfortunately had to happen twice) but we found another piercing and i decided to get my third lobes and I love it. Georgia takes her time and walks you through what’s going to happen and makes you feel more at ease with the process, if your looking for a piercer I would highly recommend coming here and asking for Georgia.

Just got my nose pierced and honestly was a great experience, my piercer was Sarah and she was super sweet and understanding. I had been getting light headed and basically passed out and she was straight on it and instantly grabbed me and put me on the chair and iced me down and gave me food, and water. The atmosphere was amazing and definitely think you should go to river rats if you want to get anything done, i DEFINITELY will be going again.

I've been coming to river rat since 2014. My family was close with Tracy the owner. However about a year or so my mom and I got tattooed by Alex. Alex was a close fsmily friend and I have given a lot of referrals to him over the years cause he does good work. Recently, my mom scheduled another appointment to add to her tattoo and Alex proceeded to tell her he wouldn't tattoo her anymore because our relationship made his gf uncomfortable. I have since tried to message Alex to finish my tattoo that he never finished and I have been left on read numerous times. Its very unfortunate because I love river rat tattoos but now I feel uncomfortable going back knowing that their artists refuses to respond and finish their clients tattoos. It also sucks to know i have an unfinished tattoo that other artists probably won't be comfortable finishing (since some artists dont like to touch others artwork).
Overall river rat is a great place with great work, but beware if you get tattooed by Alex (especially if ur a girl) you might get left on read with an unfinished tattoo.

Our son got his nose pierced and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The piercer explained every step as she went and did an amazing job!

A very nice place to go to for proffessional peircings. I had got my conch peirced by Georgia and she was lovely and very easy to talk to. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Pugsley is amazing! My first tattoo was with him a few years back and now 5 tattoos later, all I want it more! They are very upfront with the pricing (and signs everywhere in the store, plus, why wouldn't you want to get one before work began anywho?), every estimate has been spot on. Clean, super clean, makes me want to clean my house more afterwards. JJ has also been around most my tattoos as well and he is a top rock star as well seeing what he has done with folks. They put me at ease on my first, and now.. I want more.

Have had a couple of tattoos done there. My wife a few piercings. Called made an appointment to get hers out due to MRI. Well we get there and told us the worker was out. No call or nothing because the worker didn’t put in the information like they should have. Guess you can’t trust them.

I had an amazing experience! I got my daith pierced and I was lowkey freaking out and I had no idea why when i have multiple other piercings and some I did myself so I have no idea why but besides that the piercer I had was named Allie is I’m not mistaken and she talked me through the whole process and was assuring me that if I backed out last minute she would stop. She made my experience worth it and helped my calm my anxiety. 10/10 for her customer service and a 10/10 for being so kind. I would definitely recommend her for all your piercing needs

Very cool place with a talented and friendly staff. They do a broad variety of work. Pugsley was able to freehand an idea for some fill work on my arm and do the whole thing in a couple of hours. It turned out great. This is the type of place that pulls repeat customers.
