I did not recommend anybody to buy at least a used vehicle from them. There is no communication whatsoever I bought my car 6 weeks ago took it in 2 weeks ago to get the stripping on the windshield done and I still have not heard anything from them. This is the second review I've left I took the first one down thinking that they're finally going to get my car taken care of. Now they've had it for 2 weeks I've made my payment I would love to be driving my car not their loaner car. Just shop around people they're a lot better dealers than as far as I'm concerned that I have spoke with

After a deer incident that totaled my car, I was suddenly looking for a new vehicle. Brian Negrete and his entire Steele Hyundai Team were most helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous! I appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend them.

Honestly working with their service department has been the most wildly disappointing experience I’ve had with this kind of service.
When I brought my car for a diagnostic check, they said it would be three weeks before they could look at it, which is insane.
Then finally when it’s done, they call me at 8 in the morning to ask me when I can pick it up. I told them I’d be happy to drive straight there, or, if that was too early, I’d be happy to come at a time that works for them.
They told me 10am. I arrived at 10:10am, walked in and stood at the desk for another five minutes while the two employees ignored me. They then told me my car wouldn’t be ready yet and it would be another 30 minutes. Again, they picked the time for me to come.
No apology, no semblance of customer service at all.
If this was a complimentary diagnostic check that would be one thing, but this service is over $300!
I will definitely never be back. The Hyundai dealership in San Antonio is an entirely better experience. Honestly, it’s worth the drive.

This 5 star rating goes out to Eric specifically. We had knocking in our rear suspension and we had been there a few times to address it.
After Eric was assigned to this situation, his professionalism, customer service, empathy, and urgency to resolve the issue truly made the difference. He ensured the issue would be rectified and even checked on us a couple of days later after we drove off the lot.
I truly appreciate you Eric and your willingness to take us on. You made an already frustrating situation better. I pray your employer will reward and recognize you for your efforts.

Rudy is the man! You want an amazing deal and dedicated sales person, he’s the one! We went here on a whim to see another vehicle and Rudy literally went above and beyond to get me everything I wanted in my new dream mom car! Also, shout out to Steve in finance who was super awesome and didn’t make us feel pressured to purchase additional add ons and made the financing process super quick and simple! Both these men deserve raises and praises. Steele Hyundai is the place! Don’t forget to ask for Rudy! Thank you guys!
Ps- our mini backseat drivers LOVED their new car too!

After some pretty extensive research and weeks of phone calls, we met Rudy at Steele Hyundai. I could not be more serious when I say he took the stress and typical tension filled experience of a dealership out of the buying process. A salesman that focuses on the customers desires over a quota. We made an early morning trip to test drive a Santa Fe and had to leave midday for a birthday party. Rudy worked the numbers while we were back home and was able to get us into the vehicle that my wife wanted, without compromising any futures or lowballing our trade in.
A++ experience overall and genuinely will be talking about how positive this experience was for years to come. Thanks for making a difference in our families life.

Service center takes absolutely too long. Estimates an hour but waiting for 2+ . Whats the point of appointment if takes 2+ hrs.
Been back three times for same recall never getting fixed and asked to come back again

My husband and I had talked for 2 days about getting a bigger vehicle, in fact we were actually going to go somewhere else. But because both our vehicles are already Hyundai, we decided to go back to Steele Hyundai New Braunfels. We get there and Lane, who see's us pulling up, walks out and greets us with the most friendliest smile ever. I was completely honest from the get go and told him that we are 50/50 on buying a new vehicle and were looking to getting into a trading our Santa Fe Ultimate/Limited for the Palisade. Because we arrived late in the afternoon and all banks close earlier than on normal weekdays we had to come back on Monday. But Mr. Dyer was an amazing salesman. To be honest it felt like we knew him for years. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going to Steele Hyundai New Braunfels and especially recommend salesman Lane Dyre.

My wife and I have been wanting to purchase a Palisade for a while now. Especially after my parents purchased one from David Cardenas. My fathers words were "Best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had". "Simple, quick and easy, no pressure".
5 months later, our experience of purchasing a 2025 Palisade Calligraphy on Saturday, the 17th of Aug, I can honestly confirm he was right! Easiest purchase and the fastest I have ever had. David was fantastic to work with and Michael Crawford in Finance was awesome.
Honestly, it was a pleasure to purchase our new car. My wife and I were still in awe at breakfast this morning. I really didn't think buying a car could be that easy.
