I guess I'll stop getting gas at shell because every station I go to your lazy workers never seem to want to change the receipt paper on the pumps outside. I'm so tired of having to walk inside to get a receipt that is a total inconvenience and the purse customer service ever!!

Had to pull over for the bathroom (I’m sure we’ve all been there) and hate going to public restrooms but since this was a fairly large gas station I was hoping for multiple stalls and clean.
Only one restroom and was not the cleanest.
After cleaning and laying down some toilet paper on the seat the cashier working at 10pm 2/7/2025 rudely asked me to hurry up because there was another customer who needed to go.
First I thought that was a little crazy then when I left the restroom I asked her if it was her who asked me to hurry up and with a mad look on her face she said she has other customers who also need to use the restroom.
I never complain but her management might want to ask her to be a little friendlier to the people who come into their store.

My van is in the shop so I decided to walk across the street to get breakfast at the store. And the lady must have thought I was homeless and told me that I had to leave my little book bag with my phone and all my valuables at the door. And she said it like I stunk! Even if I WAS homeless, that's no way to treat someone! She works in hospitality not as a judge! I bet someone she thought was rich wouldn't have to leave their stuff at the door! Shame on her, life is hard enough without all the extra crap!

Slowest freaking gas pumps I have ever used. 25 gallons of diesel literally took 14 minutes to pump from these ancient wonders. Nobody else was even in the lot. Should have known why nobody was getting fuel here. 0/10 for fuel pumps. Get your stuff together Fischers.

Least favorite gas station in NB. The inside is poorly lit, it always feels dirty, the ceiling looks like it’s about to fall down, and half the drink coolers are regularly empty. Do yourself a favor and go up one more exit to the 7-11.

Our current weather conditions warn for icy roads the fine Texas day. Ms. Gayle is such a beautiful woman and definitely cares about her Shell customers. She is warm like Port Aransas and as beautiful as the blue skies on a clear day. Thank you, Gayle! Stay Warm!!
