Robert I guess is his name, it’s like he’s trying to be Shell employee of the year, I’ve had constant issues with him and I get the whole thing about asking about packages but even at the actual post offices they don’t ask the stuff he asks. The other co workers he has are very polite and respectful people but Robert just doesn’t know when to stop. He constantly talks “smack” about my eyes and says it’s because he’s concerned and then when i tell him what my packages are before he goes into the speech, he then tells other customers that I have an attitude more than usual. Just very lacking of respect and common decency from a manager.

It's actually a TA truck stop. Excellent customer service. Cheaper gas than all other gas stations within a 3 mile radius, which is convenient. Take the exit before 191 to avoid a U-turn! Highly recommend. Plus tobacco products are cheaper here than Buc-ee's, HEB, ExxonMobil, the Shell on the eastbound side going northbound around exit 196 (Posey Road exit incase I got the exit number wrong).

I came into this Shell Station for their USPS Services primarily. I witnessed a new hire employee woman doing her best to handle her station at the USPS window.
Her coworker(s) were rude & very unprofessional in their treatment towards this new hire when she asked for their assistance. Claire, one of those coworkers, was primarily the unnecessarily rude and unhelpful coworker.
Customers were watching and listening.
There are other postal locations to use, I won't be back to this one, nor should you. Claire, "should be" fired, no doubt about it, as she was the bigger problem, as opposed to the new-hires lack of proficiency, as undoubtedly this would follow in short time.

This has a food mart called Fischers, who are local to the areaThe men who work there are the calmest nices politest most helpful gas station/food mart attendants I have ever met. 5star service plus! Clean store nice workers.

Very nice employees! Stopped in for gas and use the bathroom with the kidos! Robert the manager was so sweet to my 3 kidos and gave them a little chocolate treat!

I just tried to buy a lottery ticket 30 min before closing and they told me that I was not allowed to purchase any because they had already been scanned for the night and apparently this is a rule-and due to the storm they want to leave as soon as possible because they have bad tires. Interesting.

The price for diesel was within an acceptable range, actually cheaper than others with my rewards card but the pump couldn't have been any slower. 25 minutes for 55 gallons is not acceptable.
