Definitely not the kindest ppl- i was alone needing pavers and two different workers cane out and completely ignored me. I have no problem taking my business elsewhere as they I am sure dont mind either.

I always buy my core landscape and irrigation supplies from Siteone. This location had everything I needed plus stone, gravel and masonry items. Staff was super helpful and pleasant.

This location provided me less material on a load of compost compared to Gardenville by far and will not be coming back to this location or recommend to others in the industry

These guys never honor the pricing you have on your account. Also went in today and same thing, supposedly the price from their app is not the same brand they have in the store.. Like how does that make any sense! Customer service in general, no help loading up material,. I been buying from site one for years but this store is the worse. I would recommend Bulverde siteone to avoid these issues and for irrigation use university oak in San Antonio. Its an inconvenience that you have to drive out to another town when their service is this bad!
