Went to replace pillow that had the pillow cover zipper ripped under warranty. Lady looked up our account and it was replaceable. It was a Sunday and she told us that customer service is open to call to replace. She handed us a business card that had the number in it. I asked her what we were supposed to do since we were out of a pillow. She said to call customer service and they would mail us one. We would have to take pictures and send them to customer service. She stated customer service is open until noon. Well, customer service phone line stated they are not open on Sundays. I do not understand why we would have to take pictures. She was right there to verify the rip and help fix our replacement issue. Pretty expensive pillow to just have it replaced by mail. We will try and call this week to get it replaced, but it seems kind of odd that this is how a situation is handled when dealing with sleep. Would have been much more helpful had she called for us instead of giving us misinformation that customer service is open. Or maybe got a manager involved to see how this should be handled. Handing someone a card and telling them to call customer service (which was closed) today, seems pretty cheap way out in helping a customer.

Highly recommend New Braunfels Mattress.We bought a mattress and box spring and we were in and out the store in about 20 minutes.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I absolutely love my sleep number bed. I would buy another one. The low review is for this store in particular. I had to return a set of sheets because they ripped in less than a month of having them. The associate working gave me strange passive aggressive attitude. I followed all the care instructions that I was given when I purchased them and maybe just got a defective set. I was polite and asked what could have happened and she stated she had NEVER heard of this happening before and said that they must have gotten caught on something. I was confused as to what they could have gotten caught on since we don’t aggressively recline our bed. She insisted that was the case. It’s not. I found THOUSANDS of reviews online regarding the same issue…She did replace the sheets with a new set but jeez, it wasn’t worth the attitude. I won’t return to this store.

Read the fine print before signing! Also, regular sheets work, you don’t need all the bedding etc they’ll try and sell you. When delivered they were in such a hurry they installed it crooked. Have to back out to correct.
