I went in today to drop off equipment. Jared was super helpful. He proposed a way for me to save without me asking. Well done Jared. Spectrum...good call on hiring this guy! Give him a raise immediately.

TL;DR: Skip Spectrum and pick literally anyone else. Constant outages, poor speeds, high ping, and every employee telling a different story.

I made the mistake of using their service for 2-3 months. For the first six weeks I had an outage at least once a week. Spectrum denied about half of these existed. Eventually they relented and sent a tech out. Apparently their initial install was of such poor quality I was getting the same amount of signal loss they expect to see over like 4 miles. So they fix that. Fast forward to the other day. An outage for 1.25 hours. According to the automated system: No outages or maintenance. According to the phone system: Maintenance but no outages, wait maybe there are? We're not sure. According to the live rep there were neither outages nor maintenance going on. They send a tech out. Tech says nothing is wrong, shrugs, and leaves. But before that he lets me know that apparently Spectrum has no obligation to inform you of maintenance. And in fact, their own employees don't inform them of outages or maintenance either. Apparently no one in this clown show of a company is talking to anyone. Which honestly, really explains everything.

I will say I was given partial information which caused me a lot of issues with my mobile phone. I only have the TV/Internet b/c my apt complex has an agreement with Spectrum for internet/cable services. Both work. Internet is slower than I am accustomed to.

I was in your store today and helped by Omar. What a fantastic gentleman! He was extremely knowledgeable about all phases of my visit. He gave me great ideas and took time explaining everything with patience. I bought a new phone and transferred from ATT. I’m a senior citizen and he flowed with confidence which made me feel amazing. Please give him a good free lunch. He deserves it!!

I would not recommend Spectrum. AT&T provided me a better service and better customer service. Even after speaking to supervisors for over a year, trying to keep the service they were not able to follow through with anything that they would say. They transfer you from Department to Department with not even any explanation and still not getting service fixed. In the end they did not provide any refund any satisfaction or any service worth keeping. Since I work from home, it is important to have good steady service and AT&T provided that.

I went in for all of the services. Luke was the sales rep. He did Not tell me the truth about my COST or the service. He told me it would cost $201.32 for cell phones, internet and cable. Its more like $241.32. And Christian the sales director I asked for help was NO HELP AT ALL. Stay away from Spectrum. THEY LIE TO GET .
THE SALE. THEY ARE COMMISSION SALES COMPANY. The more you spend, the more the more the sales person makes.

Spectrum has cheated us out of a pkg. deal!! We were offered things to switch to Spectrum which did not happen and has cost frustrating conversations and then denial that they can honor any of what was offered. It took 4 trips from different techs to hook the system up to work! I would not recommend Spectrum at all!!

Jalyn was so awesome! Great service! Went back today and Luke was also awesome! He helped fix issues that weren’t resolved after a 2 hour phone call to customer support yesterday! So from the purchase of phones with Jalyn to the service wit Luke setting them up today, both were top notch!
