Overall, it was a great experience.I had switched my mobile account to spectrum over the phone and went into the store to get new phones. The phone sales representative wasn't completely clear on the process and when they said I could go into the store that day and get new phones it wasn't exactly accurate.After being on the phone with spectrum for 30 mins and getting news that we would have to wait on our phones, Dylan, our in-store service rep, pulled some strings and my wife and I were able to walk out the door that day with new phones.My suggestion is to go into the store rather than call the spectrum sales number. If possible, ask for Dylan, he was very attentive and helped elevate our situation to get things done.And to boot, he even offered to put on cartoons for my crying daughter: stand up guy.5/5 - will definitely go there again.

Every single time I've ever had a problem, customer service over the phone tells me to go to a store and a-z will happen, then i get to a store and the exact opposite happens.. they sold me a product that doesn't work in my situation, wi-fi with free cell service, so when the wi-fi didn't work, they told me the cell service would be less than $20, then two moths later they upped the charge to $25, and then the next month $50. I should have walked out on my first visit when a lady started yelling "I hate this. I hate the way you treat me. I don't hate you as a person. I hate this company." Anything for a sale.

Spectrum internet is total trash! The modem has to be reset every 4 days. Tired of talking to a computer and never getting the true story of why the equipment does not work properly. The basic service is now close to $100 a month for crap. Spectrum: it looks like your modem is disconnected. No Sh**! You will need to unplug it for a couple of minutes. Maybe you need to go out of business and do us all a favor. Waiting for AT&T to get their lines in my area and then I am changing.

We paid for 300mbps, and even when there is only 1 device connected our speed will never get over 130-150 mbps. The internet is constantly disconnecting and interrupting and I am required to reset my router 5-7 times a week just to reset my connection and get stable continuous internet for a few hours at a time.

Went in on a Friday afternoon, I signed in online but there was no line anyway. Plenty of employees working, they even sat and just talked to my mom while she waited. Rosemary got me all set up and let me know about the promotions. I know that long lines can be frustrating but the employees are trying thier best, just sign in online or don't show up the same day everyone else's bill due! My experience here was great, ill be back for additional services in the future.

They said Spectrum uses “Verizon towers” which may be true, but speeds are slow as molasses versus Verizon. So Verizon is likely de-prioritizing Spectrum, but it’s a great way to bait new customers. I’ll give 3 stars for being cheap.

I came to this store and there were about 10 customers sitting around staring at one another with one worker out of six empty registers helping someone at the front. No greeting. I stood for a moment and a man came in behind me and immediately walked back out. Suddenly four associates emerge from the back room nonchalant, SLOW, and casual. No greeting. Again, they had no sense of urgency and continued to go back and forth into the back room apparently use to this lackluster “sign in and wait” approach to providing service. This place is lame. The store manager is clearly incompetent, district manager probably worse. Drive somewhere else if there are more than two people in here or you’ll be waiting for some untrained worker to eventually get to you. Also why have a brick and motor store if you’re going to provide these poor experiences and require appointments. TF??

Terrible. I sign in and wait…and wait…and wait. Also, the sign in area is not well identified, and there were a couple people I let in front of me because they were before me but had not signed in. Then this couple waltzed in and went to the front of the line. I waited a few minutes then confronted the clerk helping them. Turns out they had an appointment!! So I went home and will make an appointment. But really lousy process.

Just ridiculous level of total incompetence from everyone at this Spectrum store. Management could care less. We've made four separate trips to this place and still they can't get things straightened out. I'm done with Spectrum Cable. They can't deliver a quality product, and have totally incompetent people working for them.ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!The number of awful reviews speaks volumes about this company!!!

Just left there, I couldn't stand the inefficiency. They want you to wait in line for at least 30 min to pay your bill! Their payment kiosk is down, there is about 20 people in there waiting in line, most of which are there to pay bill, and now it smells funny! I wonder why they will not dedicate 1 associate to accepting customers money, and getting rid of this long line and funny smell. Hmmm...manage much? ?

Slow as hell. 8 people waiting according to board. Only 2 workers. Was not informed about hat you needed an appointment to drop off equipment. I’m person service is worse and then customer service line. Been here 26 minutes and no one has moved on the list.
