Everything I come here they mess up my account. I've bought two phone from them at this location and every single time they mess up the promo deal. Do not go to this location is you can help it they are absolutely horrible here and they don't know what they are doing.

Owners of the black Chevy truck RGV4004 parked in handicap without proper plates. Individuals not only illegally parked but took up two handicap spots so they can get drinks from Panera. Next time, do not wear your T-Mobile shirts. Bad business.

Best experience I’ve ever had upgrading. Every single employee here is friendly and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable and know their business. Honest and upfront and did not come off pushy!

Happened to stop by to see if they had a color I was looking for. Just WOW! Kyle was beyond helpful best customer service ever. Kyle was beyond knowledgeable. Even order my phone for me to get delivered to my home; the one near my house said it was impossible. Might have to drive 30min just for this level of service. Kyle! Thank you so much. You answered all our questions no matter how silly or minor. There was no sales pressure and wanted us to get the best we can. If you are at this location ask for Kyle. He is informative, kind and treats you like friend instead of a transaction. Gave this guy a bonus! We need more sale representatives like him!

I am so impressed with Kyle. He me gave an awesome service. I went to the store in 8/7/23, and Kyle greeted me with a smile and asked me what he can do for me. Told him I need help with my phone on how to activate E-sim. He borrowed my phone and worked his magic and after about 10 mins, he is done. Such a great guy!

I bought a new phone 2 months ago from these clowns. Yesterday at work my phone just shut down and wouldn't reboot. Took it in to shop this morning and was told there was nothing they could do. Didn't even really look at the phone to check on issue. The service was beyond bad. I ended up walking out after he told me to call customer service. I asked him how if my phone doesn't work. He said in a snarky tone that I could use their phone to call. I am now looking for another company which to do business with. This company doesn't even have a place on their website to leave a complaint. They are garbage and couldn't give a cram about their customers.

This is a franchise location and they will not honor promises made by T-Mobile corporate. They won't even bother to look at the notes that corporate has made on your account. They want to sell phones. Any other transaction there is useless. These franchisees are giving T-Mobile a bad name. Deal with T-Mobile online or go to their corporate store at the Forum. These people have zero customer service skills and I will never do business there again.

The customer service is not good. My parents ordered a screen protector and they were told it would be shipped to the store. A week later we went back to the store to check on the order and they said that they didn't have anything and he didn't want to look up the account or give us any kind of help. You're better off just calling T-Mobile directly.

Went to this store on 2 different occasions but times the sales people wouldn't work with me when I needed help with my account info. Instead they tried to get me to cancel my existing service with them and open a new account. I will never step foot in this store again. All the sales representatives want to to is make that commission off selling new phones

My family and I went into this store to BUY 2 new phones. Instead we got an employee who LAUGHED every time we had a question as if we were dumb. When we asked him to pull up our account to understand our several questions we had he said "it's loading just ask me" we were in there for about 20 minutes and he NEVER asked for our phone number to pull up the account...(but he did run to the back to grab a phone we WANTED to buy) THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE and the customer service was horrible TO SAY THE LEAST. He acted as if we were just money in the bag, no customer support just "here want this phone -good" We didn't catch his name and that's because he never told it to us. We left with no phones and are going to a different location. Please hire or train NEW PEOPLE. Just gross.
