Our family decided to make the move to the great state of Texas! We came out to visit and were referred to Eric from family. We weren’t sure as to what we wanted as far as new build or fixer upper but Eric was on it right away to set up showing covering all categories. We needed someone who knew the town and experienced in finding a home that met our needs. We only had a few day in town to find the perfect home! Eric was always on time and was knowledgeable in all categories! We found the perfect lot to build our home! Eric showed up to every signing/meeting. My husband is in the Marine Corps and when we found out we would be moving to New Braunfels, I was worried about being able to find a home, especially while currently being overseas. Eric is absolutely incredible. With the immense time difference, he still stayed on top of keeping us informed of all things no matter what time of day or night. He made video walkthroughs of the homes we chose, gave details we didn't know we needed and had the best recommendations for moving forward like who to use for mortgaging and such. I feel like we had a friend not just a realtor, there aren't enough words to praise his services.

We were moving from out of state, and Eric came highly recommended from a realtor friend. The experience was nothing but positive. Eric was always reachable to answer any questions we had and made multiple walk-thru videos of houses when we were unable to be in the area. He made a difficult situation into a pleasant experience. One great thing about Eric, is that when we said "no" to a house, he mentally noted the issue and found additional houses that didn't run into the same situation. You can trust Eric to represent your interests. We would use Eric again should we require real estate in the San Antonio area. Thanks Eric!
