Store has a lady in the jewelry section that has an attitude problem. Not sure it is against hispanics or what but not very nice of her to ignore a customer waiting to be helped.

Hard to walk this store and finding something worth buying , flow is off ,overstuffed racks hard to see what they do have , loud music distracting only to have a long line EVERYTIME

The store manager is reprinting customer receipts with the system used and making associates give 100% satisfaction scores as if they were the customer. The DM hires outside the company for ASM roles which hinders growth for the associates who actually work and have earned for those higher paying roles. The store is open an hour early and an hour later than what it used to be on Sunday's and still pay these folks $12.00 with 0.10 cent yearly. YEARLY raises. Corporate Greed at it's finest. Pay these people a living wage.

Absolutely unacceptable behavior from the guy Avery in the back. Stormed out of the back mad that the bench in the shoe section was moved. Not even moved my me and started yelling raising his voice at me saying ”no body cares about you” “nobody is worried about you.” I hope yall go back and watch the camera footage of this behavior. He should be fired after this. I am SHOCKED. I have lived in NB my entire life and no longer feel safe EVER coming back here. EVER. I let the manager know and left shaking and crying.
The girl I spoke to in the front when I requested a manager was very nice. Wish I would’ve gotten her name.
