We use to grab our pet supplies here every month when we got our pups nails trimmed, unfortunately they have discontinued this great service for our community.

They are sooo nice and helpful! I went in trying to find dog food for a sensitive stomach and the associate helped me find exactly what I needed and talked me through getting my pups set up on the food. He also answered questions about grooming products and offered to help make sure I could find the food in the future (I'm moving). 10/10 Customer service, I will go back just for that!

Great service every time I visit. They also have a good selection of items. I love taking my puppy there and looking around at all the cute dog toys.

Besides having a great selection of high-end pet food and products, and being clean & tidy, Tomlinson's is an active supporter of the New Braunfels Humane Society. The store keeps kittens from the shelter on site for adoption, providing supplies and labor to take care of the kittens until adopted. Tomlinson's also regularly donates food and supplies to the shelter.

This is a cute little pet store. I like their variety of dog treats/bones. At the time I was looking for a XXL kennel & their kennels were the cheapest I could find.

Very friendly and attentive to the needs of my animals for my 1st visit there, spent a lot of time explaining all the various food options for my cats needs. And they have same day delivery!!!

We found a pup, and this place was open on a Sunday to get dog chipped and helped us find the owner. 3 staff members were on duty, and each one interacted with us in a friendly way. Don't have fur babies, but I'd come here for sure ?
