While having an emergency propane delivery to the Airbnb we were staying at our driver instead of coming up to speak to any of the people staying here or any of the people outside of the house chose instead to lay on his horn in 2 minute intervals until we had to come down and see what this man child was having a tantrum about. A car needed to be moved for him, but even when we came down to say that it wasn't necessary to act that way, he promptly honked again while we were standing right there.

Great company and the on phone staff are very polite and helpful. I haven't shopped around, but in this day and age, finding quality customer service is worth the price for me. I would recommend the company to anyone who uses LP.

This place is a joke. We were told we will get gas after set up account and that was on Friday so they schedule for Monday and then the lady in office refuse to give us service and say they will not do it, to call someone else cause they didn't know if there where something wrong. The gas thank was service and check up the week before and nothing was wrong and the attitude of this person leaving us without gas is unforgettable, very unprofessional and I will not recommend this company , very bad customer service
