Went there for foot pain explained what kind of pain I was having. They did a diagnostic test with the machine tried on several shoes. Young lady (Colby I believe) was very nice & very helpful and even put in some new laces for me. We’ll definitely be buying all of my shoes from here from now on

I came in as a first timer to this running shoe store. Within two minutes of being here checking it out I was greeted and the young lady there got straight to business with helping me. I was looking for a more comfortable running shoe than what I already had. She gave me professional advice of what exactly would suite me in my needs. She used their fancy machine to measure and gain exact specifications of what was needed for my feet. She brought out multiple different shoes, and had me try on every one ranking first to last. The first shoe she had me try on she told me I was probably going to pick them as the shoes I wanted. As I tried all of them on the first ones she picked for me were absolutely the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever put my feet in. The staff here were so awesome, friendly, professional, and better yet HELPFUL. Thank you for finding what I needed and thank you for the best service I’ve ever had at a running shoe establishment!

Was recommended here by my podiatrist because I had bunion surgery and needed better shoes. The moment we walked in we had to wait just a little bit before being seen however I have no issues with waiting. The employee was nice, funny, and took his time with me and professionally measured my feet and listened to my concerns and what my color preferences. I walked out of there a happy camper and my feet feeling great! I would give 10 ⭐ if possible! Thank you! Will be back for more pairs of shoes 👟 Update to my review, had to get more shoes as I wore mine out pretty quickly lol 🤣 I got 2 pairs this time and I got custom insoles which I highly recommend! My feet feel so much better and I can't recommend coming here enough if you are having foot pains. Topo was my best option, but they have other options as well. Your feet are your foundation if they hurt so do you!

The staff was very awesome here. The salesperson (Teresa) took the time to run a foot scan and was able to educate me on the correct type of running shoe for me. So courteous, patient, and professional. Will definitely shop at this store. I ended up buying 2 pairs of great running shoes.

Foot and ankle surgery of New Braunfels referred me to this shoe store . She felt that the owner could fit my foot that has a ganglion cyst on top and bunion. I had only been wearing slides, so now I have a pair of tennis shoes that don't hurt my toes and the raised cyst until I get the surgeries. He was a pleasure to work with and we went through several pair of shoes to find one that fit. The staff provides service better than expected!

The staff are so knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to get us perfect shoes for my fiancé and I to have for our honeymoon in Japan. With the help of their foot scan, I’m confident in the options that the staff curated for us! 10/10 experience and I’ll be back anytime I’m in the market for walking/running shoes.

Awesome shoe store and very helpful people. I already knew what I wanted to get, and the lady who helped me knew exactly what she was doing, and she did it perfectly.
She also recommended these Topo running shoes, which surprisingly fit really well. If buying a shoe, definitely try their recommendation.
I'll also always recommend the footbalance insoles for anyone suffering from plantar fascitis. They provide a really good arch support once molded to your feet. Two rivers running staff will do a great job at molding them to your feet properly.

Incredible experience for my Fiancé and I. We are both new to running and currently marathon training and we showed up with very little knowledge. We had a thousand questions and he took the time to explain them all. We also needed shoes, which he was able to help us select a few styles and never pressured us to buy anything. He also gave us ideas and what to do in the future for running. I would highly recommend this place, the knowledge, experience and kindness is far above any other running shoe stores. (I have also been to a FleetFeat and nothing compares)

I went in there just before noon and I was helped, by a male, employee pretty quick. Asked me a few questions before and after getting my feet scanned, and also made sure to measure my feet himself. I tried on 3 that didn't fit/feel right, and he was great the entire time. I didn't feel rushed, which was nice. He decided to go in a different direction with the shoes he was choosing. Boy am I glad he did!
My 4th pair were amazing! They felt great and didn't hurt any part of my feet! Best part? I didn't feel rushed to purchase them! I wasn't expecting such a high cost for shoes, I have to admit, but I've bought cheap and medium cost shoes that didn't live up to much. Figured I'm on my feet mostly the whole day - I might as well spend more now on these amazing shoes so to not have to spend even more money in the future.
