Quick response to request for trailer. Very helpful and easy pickup. They assisted with hooking trailer to my truck. I have rented uhaul several times and they had all my info so I was in and out in just a few minutes. Drop off after hours was easy as well. Just dropped off trailer then used the very user-friendly app to guide me through the drop off process including a tutorial of how to unhook, etc. Conveniently located on access road off of IH-35

The was not understanding of me asking asking about my charges. Would talk over me the whole conversation. Finally once I had the chance to talk and hit key points he wanted to give me another number for someone else to talk to. Just don't understand why this guy just couldn't listen for one second. I could see where we were going and was starting to understand but he just wouldn't listen to the customer for one second. Really not happy with this location. Was never tied about I survive or anything which is really not a problem. But could of been explained on purchase.

We had a hitch put on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe with a platform rack at this Uhaul on 29JUL22 for a cross-country military move. No obvious initial issues with the installation. On the platform they recommended for this specific vehicle the width encompassed almost the entire vehicle. I placed 2 small sized Rubbermaid containers with benign soaps, laundry detergent, and other non-combustible/flammable items. I traveled approximately 50 minutes across San Antonio before I heard a loud pop and saw items falling out in my mirror. Quickly pulled over and noticed that the platform was placed where is completely blocked the muffler which caused melting of the platform, carrying bag and destruction of the rubbermaid container with my items inside totally ruined as well as heat-related damage to my bumper around the muffler. Contacted the Uhaul business immediately who were rude and dismissive of the issue despite obvious photographic evidence and blamed me for the issue. They referred us to Uhaul Customer Service who would not provide any assistance instead referring us back to the local business. The manager refused to speak with me any no employees at the business would even provide the individuals name. Not only did the way they install the hitch and platform cause immediate damage to the product, but it caused personal property damage and on top of that the complete utter disrespect and lack of professionalism of their manager/leadership to not even discuss the issue with me is inexcusable and has forced us to take legal action due. I would recommend to avoid this business at all costs as they have shown they do not value or respect customers or those who serve this country.

I showed up 45 minutes before closing time, and they told me they switched the address to a different location. Guy was super rude and told me "yea we can't take it, they texted you a new address earlier." I informed them that no text or email was received (all info was correct on form/account). The guy probably just didn't want to deal with it. Very rude and unprofessional. They also charged us for "lost" moving blankets when the truck never had any to begin with. Be careful out there guys. Some U-Haul centers are not customer service friendly. No one offered a solution or help. I work in retail, so I know what good customer service looks like. I'm very disappointed with this location.

This was the second time that I rented from them, they have always taken their time, explained all of the costs and procedures. I really appreciate that. Plus they helped carry out boxes and other stuff. I have had such a great experience both times, they will be my go to rental and moving supplies store in the future.

We were told when making the reservation they didn't have the smallest trailer available. They said they had a 5x8 and put a hold on my bank card for the reservation, so there went $20.82 that won't be released till next week. We got in to pick up the trailer, they said they had the one we reserved and we paid and then the "chains" were to long and the representative said she didn't feel comfortable with us using the trailer. That she would reverse the "hold" for our rental, so there goes another $20.82. So we have been changed over $40.00 and still don't have a trailer for our needs, and will have to come out another another $20-$40 just to get a small trailer for 1 day. Take your business elsewhere. Not worth your time or money stuck in pending holds.

Returned my 26 foot truck and car dolly to landa park. Right about at closing time Great service took me right away and processed my return quickly and Efficiently. Highly recommend them for all your needs

Michael Knight and his people are top notch, Helpful. Wonder place if you nee rental equipment from honest people that actually care. I can't recommend them high enough. It is on the South side service road going towards San Antonio. 830 629 583 is there phone.

I have used this U-Haul on two occasions to rent a trailer. On both occasions, I was called a day in advance of my rental date and told the trailer was in and I could pick it up a day early without charge. Both times, that nicety helped me out tremendously. The second time I went to pick up the trailer, I had my car serviced the day before. When the General Manager (I believe his name is Chris) came out to hook up the trailer, the brake lights weren't working. He spent more than a half-hour under my car troubleshooting the issue. He checked the fuses, he replaced the red thingy that connects the car electrical to the brake lights. He finally rolled under the back of the car and found an electrical cord that had been unplugged by the dealership the day before when they had to replace the rear windshield wiper fuse. Once he plugged that back in, the lights finally started working. I don't know if management has changed since the other reviews have been posted about this location, but I have always had a good experience here and having the GM take such good care of me when we were getting ready to travel across the country makes me a loyal fan.

This is not the address. It is SOUTH. This company doesn't even let you talk directly to the building. It's a 1-800 number and they have no clue on directions. It is pretty easy to get to when you have the correct address. Lee called 4 times and each person had us in different locations. Make a note: it's by the Walmart. Across the highway. It's that simple.
