Kimberly at UPS #6190 is outstanding! She has been so helpful and knowledgable with my printing needs. As a new entrepreneur, she has patently guided me while providing excellent customer service. The entire staff has been helpful. Highly recommend!

just wanted to let you know what happened at your store today (8/4) because if I were the owner, I’d 100% want to know.
my sister had a school emergency and needed a notary. she called your store multiple times and no one answered. she ended up driving over 30 minutes just to be told the notary left at 4:30.
the male employee rolled his eyes and said “we’re busy” when we asked about it. mind you, I literally called the store AGAIN after we walked out no customers in sight and they still didn’t answer. so the “busy” excuse? flat-out lie.
the girl working just stood in the back with her arms crossed, staring at us like we were a problem. no greeting, no apology, no help. just vibes and attitude.
if this is how your staff handles people who walk in needing help with eye rolls, ignoring phone calls, and giving off hostile energy then honestly it reflects really badly on your business. this whole thing could’ve been avoided with a little communication or even basic decency.
just wanted to give you the heads up. super disappointing.

No matter if you have a difficult shipment or just a simple Amazon return, they always are so friendly and help you with anything you need. They are always so quick helping everyone in line as quickly as possible without rushing anyone. I appreciated Jathan’s help and patience with sending my iPhone back to AT&T for my trade in and my Chico’s return at the same visit. Thanks UPS Store on TX-46!

Some of the most rudest employees I’ve ever met and worked with when dropping off Amazon packages. You do exactly what Amazon says, but the UPS doesn’t wanna accept it. Then you guys argue with the customer when they prove that they are right. Sucks you guys are the only option around here because I would never use you again.

Fast and friendly service! Well-maintained location with plenty of parking. I was there at lunchtime and there was no waiting--really nice.

I've returned dozens of Amazon items using the boxless return option and never had an issue but In early January both my husband and I returned items as before but Amazon states they never received either item even though we both got confirmation from Amazon on our separate accounts at the time of the return. Today I went to the UPS location but didn't get an explanation that made sense. I'm going to try to follow up with Amazon but I'm not hopeful as I did not keep the original receipt because
I was issued the refund. Now Amazon is rescinding refund because item wasn't received within the 30 day return window. The UPS manager tried to tell me the QR code I presented had never been scanned but why did Amazon issue a refund on the day I returned it? I never got an adequate explanation from the manager. As convenient as boxless return may be I don't think I'll be using it again.

This is a well run UPS store with plenty of employees and even though they have long lines they get through them quickly with a smile. I've been to some bad ones and this is not one of them :-)

Employees always hustling and managers always leading. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they know how to handle a crowd. The busier it is, the faster they move.

Great service! I needed to ship some items to Alaska and MA for our friends/family and Kim was so helpful. From when I walked into the store till end of transaction she was very courteous and professional. Will def be coming here again!

I am giving a 1 star based on recent visit. Usually this is my go to for shipping. The new Blonde lady with a big head and ego has turned me away will be going downtown from now on. Totally ridiculous after 6 years now I have to send my documents to Austin NEXT DAY AIR???? Hey blondie get some re-training. I am the customer I want my documents sent Ground for $13.00 Not $50.00. How can you REFUSE me service if that's what I want and Then turn me away? Alysse and Tony are awesome, They just need to TRAIN this Blonde some more. Right now she is a burden on this store.
