I just wanna say I’ve been having such a hard time printing a label for a merchant that I purchased from. I went to another UPS store and they could not print the label off of my phone. My deadline was today and I went to another UPS store and was going to try one more last time, and Justin went out of his way and got my shipping label printed!! I was so frustrated and was about to give up thank you Justin. You are the best.

I was there yesterday and there was an irate customer. She was completely rude to the staff. The owner stepped in and tried to handle it. But the woman was out of control. Rude. Demanding. Entitled. I feel sorry sometimes for people that are in customer service. Good job UPS store for surviving your day.

Do not use shredding service !
The people were nice enough. And tried to be helpful. BUT I went with 5 full boxes of paper to have shredded. Online said drop it off and they hold it for shredding company to pick up. $1.49/lb.
When I got there… after paying more than $100, I was told I had to feed the papers into a big shredding bin a few at a time. They didn’t have a key to open it so I could dump the boxes in. And I had to do it.
The bin kept getting full and they’d shake it to make just a little more space. They told me if it didn’t all fit in they’d weigh what was left and refund me. Not only was there the stress of how to get it all in or I would have to take it with me, I was standing there more than an hour feeding all the papers in and they wouldn’t even dispose of the used boxes!
This totally screwed up my entire schedule and was an exhausting way I hadn’t planned to spend my morning. Basically, I paid over $100 to do all the work myself.

Refused to ship a wooden stock for an air rifle despite this being fine by company policy. Looking at the reviews this doesn't seem to be the first time. Go to a location with staff that know their own rules, or use a different carrier.

Manager and the other fellow lack customer service skills and come off as condescending, rude, and don’t seem to genuinely want to be there and provide good service. Avoid.
