nobody working there on a monday went there twice today still nobody there and a jammed package drop off, tried the other post office in new braunfels and it was locked. The post offices in this town suck

Update: Why does it take 24 hrs to acknowledge a package and scan it, when jt been in your possession all day? Typical postal employees. USPS needs an overhaul. 1st review: Just want to mail a letter & not have to worry about government employees hitting on me, asking me if I want his number.

This place is beyond a joke! and what upsets me more is that i know nothing will be done or corrected since it is the US Post Office.the entire staff needs to go through some kind of customer service training. They are beyond rude and not helpful!!! Had an apt today to get a passport and after them throwing us through a ring of fire trying to correct things we were back in line and they told us that our apt was already passed and we would have to make another apt. all paperwrok was provided, picture everything...all they had to do was perform their main job duties they were hired for and submit the forms...but since they sent us out of line 3 times to make some corrects and we got back in line they refused us since it was passed our apt time...even though we were there BEFORE our apt time! and them beying rude is an understatement!! and it makes me sad that people like this get away with it and from reading others comments it looks like there is a promlem with their employees....but yet i we all know that nothing will be done.US Postal Service employees at this store...LEARN SOME MANNERS, LEARN TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING AND LEARN SOME RESPECT FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

I have been to this post office twice now for passport services and have received the best personal service ever! I was called right at my appointment time, given their undivided attention, and not rushed. Great experience.

Not sure why bad reviews on customer service as I have only had great service, from mailing packets to photos and passports applications. Michelle, Ernie, Leonard have been great every time I had come.

I went in today and ship my nephews Christmas presents. I unfortunately did not have a box that could fit the bigger present. The gentleman at the counter was absolutely the best. He went back and found one that wasn’t being used as well as some tape. As soon as I had it packed up, he allowed me to come back to his station without having to wait in line a second time. He was so helpful and had such a great attitude.

Package pickup service is a joke. As a business we schedule 2-3 pickups a week. At least once a week the courier never comes. If you offer a service you should be committed to honoring and fulfilling your duties.

Zero Stars. Something very sinister happens here. Something dark happens here.I did not leave my personal phone number attached at all to a Certified Mail envelope I sent off.Yet on my personal phone today, I received a text - a regular cell phone text - asking me to discuss my package. It's a USPS based number. I have filled a formal complaint with their IG in Virginia. I will be pursuing this. It seems petty. But there is a much bigger picture here. I've never ever given the USPS my personal cell number.Bad Actors here. Beware the fools, thugs, and weak cowards that occupy this office.

I cannot remember when I have seen worse service. I generally think the USPS gets a bad rap far too often but the two staff members I've encountered in my two visits to this location are doing nothing to improve the image of the organization. On two separate occasions I have met condescending, obtuse, outright rude a-holes who work here. Is this trait part of the job requirements? It's simply insulting to those of us who work jobs requiring good customer service that people can work the desk at this post office treating people the way they do without consequence. Be better!

After asking if my package was wrapped correctly. - watch out for Michelle. It’s funny how people turn on you when you start recording. Her demeanor went from “doing the bare minimum” to hostile in an instant. Funny how being on camera changes they’re behavior.
