Worst experience ever dont go here they have royaly screwed me over and over and over and cost me more and more and more money everytime. Id give less stars if possible but Im 1,000 dollars in the whole and still getting fed....

Don't go here, They will scam you, take your money, and charge you fees for their mistakes. Then, charge you 50$ more in fees to restock their mess ups. Such a total waste in my time my money all at my expense. Even had me drive 4 hours to pick up a phone that wasn't even approved for when got there. All because they jammed a whole bunch of extra bs on my credit before left the first store. So knowing they used up my limit still sent on whild goose Chace. Then just to come back and have go pay restocking fee. Don't listen to thier bs goto a real verizon retail store not a 3rd party.

Kelly was amazing at assisting us when switching from AT&T to Verizon. She was knowledgeable about the plans and promotions and was very fast and efficient when helping us. Highly recommend working with her! We had a great experience!

Placed an order for pick up this afternoon, got a confirmation it was ready for pick up a few hours later. 20 minutes after that I get another notification my order was cancelled. Called to ask why and they said they sold it to someone else. Now I have to wait on a refund so I can try again elsewhere. They couldn’t have cared less either

Horrible experience! I purchased a screen protector for my new iPhone. The sales person put one on that did not fit. I showed him that it did not fit and he did not care. I asked for a refund and he refused. I drove 30 minutes to a Verizon store that was owned by Verizon. They looked at the screen protector and said that it was not correct. However, since I purchased it from a non Verizon store, they could not help me. However, they called this place and told them that they put on the wrong screen protector. Once Verizon called this store, they agreed to correct their mistake. I then drove back 30 minutes and they replaced the screen. They did not do anything to compensate me for the hour of time that I had to spend driving around. This place is NOT on par with the Verizon owned store. I would suggest that people avoid this place. They are rude and unprofessional.
