The pharmacists at this location are wonderful!! They have gone out of their way to help me get prescriptions twice. Both times there were issues with insurance that others wouldn’t have bothered with. They spent their own time working through the issues. I can’t brag on this location and these professionals enough.

Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever!!! When you call to speak with someone you remain on hold for long periods and then when someone finally gets you they immediately say “hold please” and then transfer you to a new hold que. You eventually wait til the call drops. This has happened to me 7 times now. I eventually got someone on the last try and they were just extremely rude. No customer service whatsoever so ever and while I was trying to ask a question for my daughters medicine they just hung up on me.

I called to ask if they have an flocked red ornament in stock that I needed! She was so rude unbelievable ! She said she never heard anything like that and that they have no ornaments out yet anyway ! So, I have a hard time believing that since most walgreens got already quite a lot christmas items out. I went there myself to check if she was just to lazy to look and voila, the ornaments were all out and the one I was looking for as well. Thanks for no help !

Of all the Walgreens in New Braunfels this one is by far my favorite! all the employees are awesome. Heidi is amazing she treats all of the customers with an equal amount of respect and courtesy (and is very knowledgeable and helpful). Berta is always very kind as well all the employees here are very helpful the store always looks clean neat and organized as well.

My client went to take a photo for a Schengen visa and as a matter of fact they didn’t have the way to cut their pictures so what he received was two uncut pictures all together. Also the shoulders in the photo was not on a level as required. So we requested a refund. Worse customer service and worse unfinished service provided by mean people at that place!

The store manager Joe and his employee Monique Langford are the rudest and least professional employees I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I placed an online order and they gave it to someone else. They told me they had a man on camera picking it up. They told me I could pick up an additional order (as though I had ever received the first one) but would only provide a receipt typed out on regular printer paper. I asked for a refund instead. They then accused me of trying to both get a refund and picking up the order. This is clearly an inside job as the person who picked it up would have had to have known my name and that I had an order ready. Go to a different location unless you want to be a part of their scam!
