Walgreens stores are easier to shop, locate, and find instructions on any of their products.
I appreciate the calmness of Walgreens. I can honestly say Walgreens is much more reliable and clean than the other RX stores.

Paul is probably the most pleasant and joyful person I’ve met in a very long time. He was patient, kind, and SO helpful! Every time my husband and I come to this Walgreens- he makes the experience so pleasant. There’s no other word for it because you just have to meet him. He deserves a raise and a promotion!! Everyone else who works here is also very kind and helpful. Forest is a hard worker and also is so helpful. I don’t know the names of the others but I really like coming in and it’s a great experience. 10/10

I have never in my life had this much of an issue with a pharmacy.
Started having seizures somewhat recently, but the medications I'm on are standard, nothing super out of the norm to keep in stock in a pharmacy. One of them was added recently, I was told (on the 3rd of last month) that it was out of stock until the 30th of last month. I managed to get it through my neuro, and crossed my fingers.
A human person (NOT the automated line) called me yesterday and told me it was in store, filled, ready to be picked up. I was out of town, so informed them I'd pick up today.
Went in today and was told not only that it wasn't ready, but that they DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ANYTHING WAITING TO BE FILLED FOR ME!!!!!
I asked the guy to put it in, he put it in the queue to be filled and checked (they have it in stock supposedly), so now I'm just waiting to hopefully actually receive my medication.
I've waited almost a MONTH just to be told that someone told me it wasn't in stock because they didn't even bother to enter it in the system. Absolutely furious.
Will be getting this here so I hopefully don't have ANOTHER seizure today, and then I'm getting as far away from this pharmacy as I can manage. Absolutely reprehensible, y'all should not be in healthcare.

If you need to pick up some pictures you ordered online and have 30 minutes to waste, this is the place to come. Staff is impressively incompetent and will give Forrest Gump a run for highest IQ any day of the week. I swear they only hire people that are related to the sloth family. Will never return.

It’s a great pharmacy if you like waiting 45 mins each time no matter how small or basic prescription you need they’ll always have a reason to make you wait large amounts of time

Came to order Christmas cards 10 days prior Christmas so I can ship it to family members. They claim photos will be ready same day. Came in 2 days later - wasn’t ready and the cashier said that they would send me a message when my order is ready. Ok, waited another couple days and then decided to order somewhere else otherwise would be too late to send them. Got a message from them next year, on January 5th. Is that a joke??? ;DD good one, good luck waiting for me to “pick up my order” ;D

Such a relief after transferring all my prescriptions from HEB ,where I fought them tooth and nail and could never get anything right and always rude to come over here and have Tracie go the extra mile ... glad we switched !

The pharmacy has horrible service. No communication what so ever. There was a complicated with my medication and i got no call or message what so ever. I had to go in and suddenly they're telling me i need all this information but never said amything when i dropped it off.
