Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Short staffed, the workers are to busy chatting with one another to assist the customers. The way the customer at check out was spoken to was uncalled for due to their negligence.

Pharmacy peps can be very rude and mess with your script like they're the doc not allowing you to get what was requested. Rest have never had anything but good.

The pharmacy cheated one of my patients out of $250 by submitting the medication incorrectly and then refused to fix it. They prey on elderly patients who do not know better and overcharge for medications. I will be telling all my patients to avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I love this walgreens! The pharmacy staff is extremely competent and always makes sure I completely understand what's going on. They communicate what's happening on their end so well, better than other pharmacies I've been to. I went to fill a prescription post-partum, and my doctor sent it to the wrong pharmacy, but this store took care of me and my fiancé so quickly and with nothing but kindness. Sandra is the best pharmacist I've ever experienced; she's smart, funny, and speaks spanish!! I live in San Marcos, but I still drive down to this pharmacy because I ONLY trust them with my family's meds.

Very poorly managed pharmacy. Dana has terrible customer service to people. I told her I called and my rx will be ready at 2pm (its 4pm), and she goes well its not and to come back in 30 minutes. Hung up the phone to the drive thru and walked off. Absolutely terrible and rude as if I was not a person.
