Why have the ability to call the Pharmacy if no one answers the phone to help you. You may as well disable this capability because you will only anger your customers.

I dropped off a prescription and it was filled on the spot. No wait time. I want to thank the Walgreen pharmacy staff for exceptional service and such prompt service . I will never forget this experience. You’re the best one Walgreens pharmacy!!

Pharmacy is horrible no customer service skills at all. Blame my Dr but they keep cancelling my orders. The other Walgreens I’ve been to have never given me issues until I moved here. The lady in the blue shirt with the crazy hair. Was just the worst y’all need to do better. These comments I wish I read before I decided to have my medication come here.

It’s so crazy just how terrible the pharmacy is I’m in so much pain and in tears from the kindney stones. And it’s taking them hrs to get my order ready. I had my doctors call them several times to speed things up.

Tbh probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of going to, not only did they close out a script I really need, they blamed it on my Dr who had no idea why they did it, onto of that they keep failing to order my scripts even after they say it's been ordered. Given that my husband is a pharmacy technician I know exactly what goes on back there, and there is absolutely no excuse for the poor work and lack or communication being done, if I could choose a different pharmacy I would.

This location is such a mess. Lisa and Kim have both have been rude and unprofessional on a couple of occasions now. I switched here after moving from the Kyle location where they went above and beyond and were professional and helpful. Do yourself a favor and save your sanity and take your business elsewhere.

This location is very convenient for me . It's close to home . I take all my prescriptions here and they are always done in a timely manner. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I'm always greeted when I come the door. Store is mostly dummy stocked with essentials as well.

I just can't believe this this pharmacy. They close at lunch for 1.5 hours so I can't drop off a prescription. Then I make a special trip later to drop the scrip. I'm told it will take about 25 minutes and they will call. As in call out my name. Not phone call or text. I wait and wait. Then a pharmacy worker tells me the scrip has been ready. Doesn't offer to help. I go to the back of a long line. Which isn't moving. I could say even more about their unorganized methodology, but it's not worth anymore of my time

The Pharmacy and staff here are great. They always go out of their way to help. There are a lot of people that use this location. Remember that you are a patient that needs your prescriptions filled. So have PATIENCE when they are filling them. They are super busy.

Appreciate the attentive customer service I had today while attempting to print some photos at this store’s kiosk. When one print wasn’t quite as I hoped, the staff helped with great service!Will return!
