I washed and vacuumed my car there this evening and apparently when I was vacuuming my car my hospital badge fell to the ground without me knowing.
One of your awesome employees and I can’t remember his name all I know is he is part Samoan and has a big tattoo on his right arm. Called my hospital which security called me and informed me that I was missing my badge.
After church service tonight which ended at 8 PM I rushed over there not realizing that the car wash was already closed. But luckily as I drove by I saw someone in the office so I turned back around and knocked on the door and sure enough it was that same samoan gentleman that was working earlier and he gave me my badge I was so grateful! Because it would have costed me $20 to replace it
so awesome service! Friendly service! They could’ve easily swept it into the garbage but was kind enough to contact my hospital and let them know that they found my badge. Thank you very very very much! For going above and beyond the call of duty!
I’ve used this car wash several times and a couple other car washes within the San Antonio/new Braunfels area but this is definitely going to be my favorite from today on!???

Just got done with the washing part and just about done vacuuming and as I’m vacuuming they go and turn it off on me….. really?… for real? guess your nobody when they tryna close.

Have been using for 2 years with little problem. Only reason for 4 stars is I think they could do a little better overall. Sometimes the wash doesn't clean well enough and I have to go through again. Shouldn't be that way.

This is my favorite Watershed location to stop by at! The staff members are always super friendly and helpful. I always leave satisfied with how clean my car is!
