Made an appointment and still waited 1.5 hrs, just to be told they couldn't help me and I needed to come back the next day. Went back the next day. Still had to wait! They were rude and not helpful at all. Walked next door to First Commercial Bank and it was the complete opposite experience! They were friendly, prompt, and helpful. Save yourself some time and the headache, and don't go to this bank.

A teller just spent 45 minutes telling me to verify my address is correct and press the accept button on the touch screen. We did this repeatedly 20 times until I just gave up and walked out.

VERY FRUSTRATING TO DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO YOUR ONLYLOCATION AND FIND YOUR ATM IS STILL BROKEN AND HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS! HAVE TO WALK UP TO THE FRONT TO FIND THE OTHER ONE ISNT TAKING DEPOSITS!!!

This lobby, unlike other locations I have been to is still closed to customers. When I called the number posted on the door no-one answered. This is ridiculous. If one location is going to be open then all should be so you know when you google the location closest to you it is open. Or a least answer your phone. Customers and employees alike can be protected with masks and social distancing.

The person in the business section is some kind of foreign female that is totally incompetent, argumentative, and ignorant. She does Not Belong in customer service because she is ignorant of Americans and business procedures. She cannot speak English and has no business dealing with the public.

Stopped at this location today on my way to work. Sent my debit card and drivers license to teller from the drive through. No drivers license returned and then they couldn't find it. Maybe I dropped in it my car, you mean my lap that I am sitting right here looking at? Obviously, my license is sitting in someone else's wallet or purse right now having been sent back through another lanes tube. Also, when has it become practice to deposit a check without showing proper ID (and not having a deposit slip), never! I have always been asked for my drivers license when depositing checks which is why I sent it with my debit card. I will not be using this location again.

Wells Fargo will not accept a cash deposit to a friend's (who is out of town for an extended period) account. The cash is money collected for the friend for rental property. They claim "Security concerns", however research reveals they and other big banks (Bank of America, Chase,etc) are actually adopting this policy in order to reduce use of physical locations and encourge use of online banking (reduce number of employees) to increase income. Another example of large corporations reducing customer service in order to increase profits. USE LOCAL BANKING!!! (Frost, Prosperity, area Credit Unions, etc.) Show Wells Fargo and the other big banks that they work for cutomers. Customers do not work for them!
