My sales representative was Benjamin Morgan. He is a very genuine, nice and knowledgeable sales person. Honestly, Benjamin was one of the first people to ever greet me when I came in the door and answer any of my questions with my unique situation, as my wife recently had brain surgery and we needed a vehicle that would be easy for wheelchair transfers. If it was not for Benjamin’s understanding and help I might have gone to a different dealership. Benjamin is a real superstar.

I'm very satisfied with my experience at the World Car Kia New Braunfels service department. Audrey was the service advisor during my recent visit; she provided outstanding customer service. She was also professional, courteous and very thorough.

Scheduled an appointment online which was pretty easy to do. Audrey was very welcoming and kind. Audrey followed up a few days after my appointment to make sure i was satisfied with the service i received which I appreciated the follow-up.

When I dropped my car off on 8-17-23 the young man and woman there were caring and understanding but their hands were tied. The manager would not come out until I insisted. He was the rudest unprofessional man I had encountered in a while. He actually was confrontational and raised his voice at me. BIG mistake. This is the second time two different situations that a person in a manager position has behaved this way. One was in sales and the other service department. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!There was no communication for almost 3 months.I do want to say thank you to the sales department who did lend me a loaner so that I could continue to work.This is my 4th KIA and will be my last. It’s a shame as I have like my Sorrentos but d/t circumstances it will be the last.Liz in service is great and glad she’s back! Hopefully this will help the department

I went into this dealership on a Thursday night at 745pm thinking they closed at 9pm. They didn't, they closed at 8:00. I was greeted by the most genuine people. I asked what time they closed and they said 8pm. I told them no problem I would come back tomorrow. They insisted that I stay and asked what they could help me with. I spoke with a gentleman name Benjamin Morgan. He was so polite and so sweet. I told him everything honestly depended on what I would get for my trade in. I told them I didn't need a car. Just wanted something different. He advised finance and everything was closed of course but he could take pictures and get everything together for the next day. He took my keys l, took pictures took my information down and the next thing u know the MGM Tom Reagan come to speak with me. I tell him I have to have a specific number for my car so I don't carry over too much to the new car. To make a long story short. These 2 gentlemen worked their asses off to help me. It took 3 weeks to find the vehicle I wanted. Lol but Not only did I get what I wanted for my car and then some, I also walked away with a bad ass truck I have wanted for so long. If you want amazing service with honest people this is where you go. I will also never return to Nissan of new Braunfels, Marco told me I would not get what I wanted for my vehicle and if I did they would add the price on top somewhere. I'm not an idiot. lol. Makes me want to take my new truck and paperwork to Marco and say "look what I got!" Thank You Ben and Tom. Yall are amazing and i will send people your way. I will recommend Ben and Tom to everyone anytime.

The salesman and the management was awesome. I actually replaced my Winchell. They had some chips in it. They did the alignment on my car. I mean they’re incredible I can’t I cannot say nothing bad about this but this dealership is the best and this is where I’m going from now on to buy me a car.

Ben was an awesome salesman! He was so kind and so funny and extremely accommodating with everything we asked for. He went so far above and beyond. We couldn't have asked for a nicer guy. We were super needy and he was extremely patient and nice the entire time. He was super happy to accommodate any ask we had. He even stayed late to help us finish up the deal and get us sent home with the car. 10/10 coming back to Ben if we ever need another car.

I pick up my car at 3:30 today.I bought it yesterday from Jay. The transaction was very smooth, efficient and pleasant.I am 63 years old woman and have often found when my husband accompanies me, that salesmen dismiss me and address my husband instead. I was shown complete respect from Jay. My husband mentioned he appreciated his professionalism. We will be back to this dealership.

The Kia dealership had 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time to have all the parts needed to fix all the recalls and install new spark plugs. Well the spark plugs were not in stock. I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership at 10 am. I did not get get it back till almost 4 pm. Pad planing on their part.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!!. Just paid $1832 to have a repair done on my vehicle (repaired wrong side/code exhaust P0014 when code was throwing intake P0011). Didn't even make it 15 miles before same exact issue and code was coming back on. Took it back they said we will get this fixed and squared away it would be covered by warranty. They are now wanting to charge another $1550 to fix it again. I will never make the mistake of doing business with this place. I will highly urge everyone I know and do not know to not make the same mistake that I have. For now I will be getting a lawyer involved.

Communication was an issue. I originally scheduled online but never got a confirmation. When I called and finally reached someone, they did not have my reservation so I rescheduled then by phone. I still received no confirmation. It also took a long time to reach someone by phone. Calls were not answered and messages not returned. The software upgrade was completed but another issue I spoke to them about twice was not resolved because they didn’t have the necessary part. I’ll use a different dealership in the future.

Compared to my experience at another location, this way best by far! Everything from my conversation on the phone to getting me in the door and right back out with a replacement vehicle and very close to the deal I wanted! Customer service is great. I would recommend and return for another purchase when it's time.

Mike was great. He made the car leasing experience very easy. He understood our needs and was very patient. He welcome my wife and my son into the building and made us all feel comfortable. He gave my son crayons and paper to entertain him and even offered drinks and snacks. There’s a stigma that when you walk into a dealership you’ll be greeted my a cocky, pushy salesperson trying to upsell you at every turn. Mike was nothing like this and it is truly appreciated. Customer service at its finest. Give that man a raise!

The overall experience was ok. The 10 year 100,000 mile warranty is extra even though I was under the impression that is was part of on the initial cost. They wanted me to add the car to my insurance policy before the paperwork was finished. These items should have been discussed at the beginning and not after I looked at, test drove, and put a down payment on the car.
