The service they provide is exceptional, regardless of the year or the condition of your car, they treat you with the same professionalism... they answer your calls quickly and courteously... They gave us an estimate of 3 days to deliver our car and they were able to finish the job or have it ready the same day.

Last Thursday 22nd. I drove by World Car Mazda because I ran over a piece of tire and my left fender was coming off. Will (the guy in Service) was very very nice and solved the problem so I could drive back safe to Dallas. Thank you Will.

Building in shambles, cobwebs, and water damaged ceiling tiles. If they can't even keep their building looking professional and presentable, how can they be trusted to maintain cars?

So very disappointed in this establishment! Sold my elderly mother a car, and two days later a warning light came on! When she took it in to get checked, they refused to repair it even when their own technician said this should have been caught! It’s it is over $1000 repair! She hadn’t even made her first payment! Not a trustworthy place and will no longer be doing any business with them! And will also voice my experience to anyone that asks!

I took my car in for 40k check up for a 730 appointment I arrived on time they said it should be done by 8 30. It was done by 8 10 a d I was home by 8 30 best of all they had a special on and they gave me the deal because 40k check is more than just oil change 5 stars service

I recently took my car in for service and had an excellent experience. Will was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and ensured I was comfortable with the service plan. The work was completed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this service center and especially commend Will for his outstanding customer service!

Young sales guy helpful but cannot do business with a place so dirty. No toilet paper in the restrooms. Restroom was hideous. Building is horrible. 1 star.

Worst dealer ever! Tried to buy a used car they tried to sneak in a “dealer prep fee” at $1800, when I caught them in their deception they took it off, but then I get to finance and the finance manager said I was required to buy an extended warranty 2700 or else the bank would not finance. I used to work in auto finance no reputable bank will make that demand, nor do banks even like to finance warranty, because it increases the banks risk! After yelling at me that no warranty no deal. I walked out. Never never never will I ever step foot in any world car dealer. It’s a shame I had bought 3 cars in the past from different world car dealers. Lost me for life! They lie to your face and when you call them out they start yelling and scolding me like I was a child.

I bought a car from there and the sales service was great. My wife went to take the new car there for the first oil change, with a scheduled appointment, and couldn’t find a willing person to help her. The place was a ghost town and the one person she saw made eye contact as she stood alone at the counter, sat at their desk and stared at her, then promptly left with saying a word. When they finally offered to perform the oil change, it took them 45 minutes. What is going on at this place? lol

I bought a mazda 3 hatchback from here before it even arrived. They gave me a loner car until mine came in. Nathan was an awesome sales person. The whole staff was awesome as well. I genuinely had a good time while buying my Mazdas. I'd definitely recommend buying here if you're looking for a new car!
