I had my car serviced here for the first time this past week and was pleased with my experience. The service was fast, efficient, and I didn’t have any issues regarding my vehicle.

I recently had an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience at World Car Mazda, specifically with their finance manager. My attempt to secure incentives as a disabled veteran was met with outright discrimination, disrespect, and ultimately being forced out of the dealership. From the outset, I encountered an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere when I heard how the finance manager (Dean Hardy) treated and talked to the sales department. The finance manager accused me of being a hassle for seeking the incentives I was entitled to as a disabled veteran. I was astonished by the lack of understanding and empathy demonstrated by this individual, who should be well-versed in accommodating the needs of diverse customers. I was not alone; the sales team there made comments about getting those sales closed before Dean blew his top.To make matters worse, I was required to provide an excessive amount of proof to verify my status as a disabled veteran. The burden of proof was unnecessarily placed on me, making me feel like a burden and an inconvenience for requesting what I rightfully deserved. This process was not only time-consuming and emotionally draining but also a clear indication of the dealership's lack of sensitivity and understanding toward disabled veterans. In the end, I felt pressured and forced out of the dealership without the proper attention and respect that any customer, especially a disabled veteran, deserves. This entire experience left me feeling disrespected, belittled, and discriminated against.World Car Mazda's behavior reflects poorly on their professionalism, ethics, and commitment to customer service. I would caution anyone considering this dealership to think twice before engaging with them. Disabled veterans deserve respect and fair treatment, just like any other customer, and it is deeply disappointing that World Car Mazda failed to provide this basic level of decency during my visit.

Overall, Ben was helpful in the purchase of our granddaughters car. However, the attitude there is hurry up and wait. That is the process which was explained to us. The Financial man is rude and disrespectful. I was so happy that we were then help by another Financial gentleman, he's a retired Military man. He was awesome.

We had test driven the car previously and decided we wanted to make the purchase. Time was very tight so we were able to coordinate with Jay our salesman to get much of the paperwork completed in advance of our arrival to the dealership. Well done Jay!

My first post was deleted by WCMK - This was the worst experience yet. My car was in the shop for a month and a few days just for A/C issues. I could never get a call back when they said they'd call me back. Nobody answers the phone. And I never got a loaner car. And the expensive extended warranty comes without a true breakdown. I paid $1400 out of pocket because the warranty expired. Not from when I purchased the vehicle, but the warranty begins from the time the vehicle is first sold to the first owner.

Tried 7 times Monday 18 Sep to get through to service department to get my CX-5 worked on. It is my 4th Mazda and I have had great luck with both the cars and the dealerships in the past. I moved to Texas recently and got a very nice “Welcome to Texas” email from them. Naturally, I would love to go to a place close by. Service would not answer the phone between 9:30 (first try) and 1:30 (last try) - the receptionist would send me back, but it rang and rang and put me on hold until they disconnected on their end. All 7 times. I wasted several hours trying to get through. A dealership farther away (Austin) answered quickly and got me all set up. If I can’t make an appointment I can’t give you my money.I suggest avoiding these people. They either don’t care, or don’t care to staff their facility at an acceptable level of manpower to meet demand.

I purchased a Chevy Camaro from World Car Mazda, New Braunfels Tx, with Benjamin Gerth as my sales representative. This car was 2k cheaper here than at the last dealership, following it on car guru for several months at a higher price, the price of the same car at this dealership was much more fair. I’m glad they acquired it from the other dealership. I moved on it quickly and did have to wait for a safety inspection. When they found the one tire only passed marginally they decided to replace all 4 for free. The front and back tires were different sizes so two orders were made. Instead of just replacing the one I was very happy to get all 4 with no additional price added. Benjamin was very good at communicating with me and made the contract quick by not pushing for extras, he accepted that I didn’t want extras with no arguments. No pressure sales tactics here. Very happy and highly recommend. Even if you have to wait for your car, it’s worth it because they are making sure it’s right, not rushed.

Had an amazing experience buying my 2023 CX5. Shout out to Edward Alvarez and Thomas Reagan to getting me the best deal and being patient during the entire process. Both knowledgeable about helping me make the right decision! Overall the best experience I’ve had at a car dealership from start to finish. :). Loving my new car.

I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received at World Car Mazda New Braunfels and my sales consultant Mike Anderson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had been to another dealership and the sales person acted as though I was interfering with his day so I of course was not looking forward to dealing with someone else with that attitude but thankfully Mike was not rude and impatient. Thank you again for assisting me with my new car purchase.

Got routine service and maintenance on my Mazda6. They allowed me to work in lounge area and take zoom calls uninterrupted while waiting and provided free internet and coffee. Delphine and mechanic answered all my questions. They resolved check engine light, filter and power issue. I’m happy.

It was a nice experience. It was my first time purchasing a car. Ryan helped us out and was very knowledgeable. Made the process easy and not pushy. If you intend to shop here, ask for Ryan!

I will never take my vehicle to World Car Mazda for service again. My recent experience has made me rethink ever owning another Mazda. I brought my vehicle in for a specific problem and the technician and service provider repeatedly recommended service items that did not address the problem. Even upon checking in for my appointment, they couldn’t located it since their online system does not sync up with their computers. Horrible experience overall.

My wife and I stopped in today looking to replace our vehicle. We had a list of very specific "wants" and found EXACTLY what we were looking for sitting right on the showroom floor! We asked to have our trade-in appraised...IT TOOK FOREVER! She took pictures and measured every little scratch and ding...there aren't many, the car is in excellent condition. Finally, after the manager drove it, they came back with a LUDICROUS valuation. They said it was due to a previous accident where the airbags deployed and the scratches on the car now.An hour earlier, at a different dealer, we were offered $10k on trade...this guy offered $4k!!! We literally laughed out loud and got up to leave. He got defensive and asked "what are you trying to accomplish? Let me call the buyer, maybe he was wrong!"Either this guy knows zero about taking trades or their business model includes low-balling to see who'll take the bait.Either way, we were insulted and our time was wasted. Maybe he should have called the "buyer" first, and made a realistic offer. I told him there was no way we would take that and if he somehow managed to raise his offer by 2.5x, it was just evidence that he was trying to screw me.No wonder there wasn't one other customer on the lot. Their reputation must precede them.
