Service sucked and plus no one in the store could help me will my bill case their mistake I have to pay over a $1000.00 for my bill that someone added two lines to my account and refuse to take them off. So if you with AT&T be careful they don’t care about you they just all about the money. I want be back and I want tell none of my friends to switch.

Derek was absolutely amazing today! I literally killed my phone on vacation and he was able to help me get everything back without having any of my previous info saved. All within less than 20 min! I’ve had multiple experiences at other locations and this is by far the best! My now my go to store.

Ordered a new phone and had it shipped to the store. The sales rep put the store address down incorrectly so UPS would not deliver. It was sent back to the sender and we were told we had to wait for the account to reset before trying again. I have confirmation of the return dated 6/26/24 and have received the refund, but my account still shows the order as "being shipped" and the new charges on my bill. I went to a different store to see if they could help, but they said there was nothing they could do and to call customer service. I have been trying to do that for over four hours now and can't get through. I scheduled a call back and that appointment time came and went.

This rather large young man waited on me. I wanted a straight-talk phone since I'm older, and don't use my cell very much because I have a landline, I purchase cheaper phones This is what I told him, and he said oh! we have a phone over here today for $16.00. I said, can I keep my number and account with Straight Talk and the same bill amount because I can't afford more than what I'm paying now 38.00 a month. he said yes Mame all you have to do is call Straight Talk when you get home and they will fix everything for you, just tell them you have a new phone. this was on Friday, June 14th.2024. I spent the weekend trying to get this done and came to find out I had been sold a Verizon phone and you can only use Verizon services. This is what I was told at Straight Talk, and they said this was not the only time this has happened to older people buying phones from AT&T I learned it has nothing to do with Walmart, It's strictly AT&T employees working inside Walmart. After 4 trips to the buying place, a Manager told me and another man with the same problem that we would be contacted by AT&T in a day, today is June 20 and I have not heard from AT&T about giving me a refund and taking this phone back. in a few days, I'll contact my attorney, for being told a lie, and taken advantage of to permit AT&T Business.
