Worst managed Burlington in TEXAS!! Store looks like a disaster!! Manager is cruel to employees and smelled of alcohol. Employees have no drive and who can blame them, when your female manager is so egregious! Only 1 register open while 80+ customers wait. I will boycott this place on social media where my followers are a significant amount.

This store has wasted away and is now crap. They NEVER pull more cashiers to the front even when there's 30 or more people in line. You can almost always expect to be in line for at least 15 - 20 minutes waiting to check out. Plenty of employees standing around sorting hangers but only one or two cashiers.... do better Burlington.... do better

GROSSED OUT!!! FOUND MOLD ON ITEMS
I was shopping for mirrors. When I was checking out i noticed the whole back the mirror was COVERED with mold. I jumped out of line and asked for a manager to let them know of the issue. The lady told me she was the manager, I told her what happened and she STILL proceeded to ask if I was going to purchase it. Are you kidding me??!! After I have been touching all over these mirrors, moving them around looking for one I liked and then taking one up to the front which it had now made contact with my clothes and skin. That’s all you have to say. I understand things happen but all she did was take the mirror. She didn’t even say that she would check the other mirrors… mold grows and will contaminate whatever it touches! The Manager didn’t have a care in the world of this hazard. I’m grateful I noticed this before I brought it into my home and potentially harmed my family. DO BETTER !

You can find very good brands there at a lower price though they don't have a variety of shoes sizes

Bad organization stuff in the floor, have been waiting in line to pay for 20 min only 3 cashier’s open… at 9:19pm store needed more staff on the floor and in registers.

the staff and manager are literally so rude and the place is absolutely trashed also the door barricade to get in is insane standing there looking silly waiting for someone to open it😭

Poor management at this location. 2 registers are open. One cashier was with one customer for over 25 minutes checking him out while I saw at least 4 other individuals walking around the store. At the time of this review, I have been in line 37 minutes for 3 items. There are still 13 people in front of me.
