Whatever incompetence is at this bank needs to be addressed. For no reason should I be behind one vehicle in the drive-up for twenty minutes. Insane!

They wouldn't let us pull out our savings and caused us to miss the opportunity of a lifetime. They never once gave us notice about freezing the account and the customer service was terrible. Literally had to tell the woman that the call is being recorded for her to start to do her job. We had to threaten with sueing just for them to do anything. They know they was in the wrong. That's why they sent us 5k and asked us not to press charges. We won't as long as our savings are returned by tomorrow morning.
Never ever save with chase 3 years of hard work and saving just for them to hold OUR MONEY FROM US.

Chase is like the shopping center of Banks because it’s so accessible and it almost feels too welcoming to want to get a card there. Plus they are always in the mood to give free money away to those with certain amounts of first time deposits along with the CD options they have available too. Someone could look into the CD option if they have bigger bucks to deposit.

The worst service of all Chase banks, they do not help the client and poor communication and information, I do not recommend Mrs. Nina Robbins to anyone, she does not know how to work with clients, she has no education, a bad advisor

Their parking lot is awful ? . I go inside and the people are so nice! Use the ATM inside the bank as well as associates. I really like my New Caney branch Chase Bank .

This chase is one of the worst worst worst branch…they have 5 cashiers and only 2 working the other 3 just chatting walking behind the counter…waited over 30 minutes standing till my lower back start to hurt ?
