I came to this store to buy a phone and a screen protector, which i got but as i was going to leave the store the sales person by the name of Modesta R handed me a bag which contained a speaker and a wall charger, which i didnt want. It was over $100 extra. Good thing i asked for the receipt. Well i go to return it a couple days later and she says it cant be returned due to it being a promotional item which was suppose to bring the price of my phone down. (It clearly didnt, since on the receipt it shows that it was sold to me at the regular price)
So whenever yall go in there avoid dealing with her cause shes going to charge you for things you didnt even want. If i could give it no stars i would

This was my favorite store but since today it is no longer visited, I bought 2 pairs of headphones, it turns out that both of them were defective and they serve you very well when you go to buy but when it comes to making a complaint they see you as a homeless person or something like that.. So if you buy here be prepared to go through the same thing (They didn't help me with my problem, what's more, they didn't even take the time to review the purchased product very well ?
