I have been going here for years. The staff greet you at the door and ask how they can help you. Something that is unheard of at a big box store. I'm in and out quickly. Great place.

Seems like they have every fastener made by man! And it's organized, much unlike other big name stores. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great local hardware store!

Great hardware store. Lots of inventory, including hard to find items that will NOT be on the shelf of Home Depot. Also available at this hardware are employees that are willing to help, not ones looking for a place to hide so that they don't have to help or answer questions.

One of my favorite hardware stores. Staff is always friendly, and helpful. They seem to carry what the other guys don't when I need it most. Also a great place to find that special gift that you won't find anywhere else as well. Fun stuff.

Excellent management, the employees check with every customer and help in any way needed. If they don't have an item you are looking for they will go above and beyond to help you with referrals, even if it's the competition.

Called around for a specific hardware part, no other major retailer had in stock. Nobody picked up the phone when I called the store, but when I arrived, customer service was 10/10 and got me what I needed.
