Horrible customer service with a manager named Bridgette at the New Caney (Valley Ranch) location. My boyfriend stopped to ask Bridgette where a certain item was, for his little girl, but before he could complete his sentence she rudely said “I don’t know where it is” and then refused to find another associate when he asked if she could find someone else to help him. She is extremely rude and unhelpful. She shouldn’t be working in retail with that attitude and definitely should not be management. I’ll be taking my complaint to corporate.

Every time I place an online order; it’s cancelled. However, I’ll go in that day and they have the items in stock. I guess they just don’t want to bother doing any online orders.
The associates are usually very nice, but there’s a couple of ones that will bare minimum interact with customers. The store is usually trashed and has a bad shoplifting problem, but last time I tried to get their attention; the young girl behind the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t care. 🤷♀️
