I wouldn’t use this service. There’s no communication between the office and the drivers, which puts the drivers in a really bad mood when you talk to them. It’s also really hard to pay them or confirm payment because they don’t answer the phone.
The office said our car would be dropped off at 8am but the driver said he wasn’t told that. So, 8am turned into 4pm, turned into 5pm and then they tried to charge an extra $400 because the repair shop was closed by the time they finally showed up to drop the car. The driver was in a bad mood and the whole experience was super frustrating. I would not recommend using this service.

Paul is extremely professional, polite, caring, respectful, and courteous. He truly cares, towes vehicles for no cost when someone is in a hazardous situation to prevent harm to people and their vehicles. He performs tasks in a manner that pleases his customers. He absolutely loves satisfying his customers' towing needs, and even confirms with his customers that he has met their towing needs to their satisfaction. His prices are extremely reasonable, too!

I had messaged this company really early in the morning and they were able to come to our rescue. We had been praying all night for someone to help us with our food truck getting stuck close to the ditch. By the grace of God this gentleman came to help us. God bless this business. Great service for a great value. He was fast and professional. The service requested was over and beyond. Worth every penny. Very reasonable charge!
