They’re becoming the new Walmart.
The new “update” to the self check out is absolutely disgusting, Time consuming, Annoying, And an absolute disgrace.
This is probably why they’re shutting down so many locations now.

My friend went inside to get some flowers and the lady that was assisting him said it cost 2 dollars to trim the stems on 5 flowers.

absolutely atrocious wait do not go after 8 PM unless you’re OK with waiting half an hour in line because they want to close every single register besides a few self checkouts I don’t know who the manager is it is sad that I didn’t have enough time to get their attention but closing all of the registers like that. I don’t know if you’re understaffed or what the problem is but that is absolutely ridiculous. It’s Friday night and there are way too many people to be using this many registers. I’ve waited 45 minutes in line to scan out with two items that are in my hand. I’m never coming to this grocery store again.

I have to say that Kroger pick up has really gone downhill three separate times I’ve placed an order once the day before and they always call and let me know that it’s gonna be running late. It’s been on three separate occasions and very disappointed.

I've been shopping here for years and recently I have been charged double for things, I have to bag my own groceries, items do not ring up properly, or items do not make it in bags that I paid for when they do have a bagger. It's a hassle to constantly call and make a second trip to get it corrected. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AND BAGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE...

Let me preface this with the complement that this Krogers is usually excellent! It’s the day before the 4th of July, so it’s packed with only one guy Jeff working there at the pick up line, who is a very responsible kind young man! My husband told me this lady with an olive looking van was horrible to the red car she was cutting in front of, and I mean 10 cars were waiting! She tried to cut in front of my husband. I spoke with Michelle who promised to get the Manager out there, and I also left a message for the manager before her. No one came! They need to get a parking lot patrol out there with a number to call! That would end all of the narcissistic over privileged stupidity
