“Called ahead before going to purchase and the young woman who answered the phone was super helpful and kind. Timbra I believe her name was went out of her way to look for the product I was asking about and informed me right away that it was available for purchase and that they will make sure to keep it stocked! Great customer service over all!”
“Good selection of products but you are best to call in first if you are driving a long way as their web site says they have some products but when you get there you find out they don't have them even though the web site still shows they do”

On a few occasions, I accidentally placed my order too late, which resulted in the system scheduling my pickup for the following day. Each time this happened, management was kind, understanding, and willing to help. They took the time to review the situation and allowed me to pick up my order immediately without hesitation.
The level of flexibility and customer care truly stood out. Instead of treating it as an inconvenience, they made the experience smooth and stress free. That kind of service makes a noticeable difference and keeps me coming back.”

“If you are a connoisseur of anything "brown" this is where you need to develop a relationship. Cognac, whiskey, rye and bourbon all good bottles. If its a little hard to find, check here first and check in often when in the Kingwood area. Pricing has always been fair, even on the hard to get bottles.”
“Sunny's is jam-packed with liquor.. probably because it's a pretty small store. It isn't going to have everything like the largest chain in Houston, but it does have a decent selection of scotch and a whole aisle full of those "buy some liquor and we will give you some free stuff packages" that you normally see at Christmas time. The store also has a reasonable selection of cigars and cigarillos if you are looking for something like that. Pricing in terms of whether or not it's the lowest price around is mixed. I have seen some brands that are cheaper than the largest chain in town and some that were quite a bit higher so you are going to have to know your brand and the competition if you want to know if you are getting a good deal or not. Service. It's a one man operation but the owner is friendly and if you spend the right amount, he may throw in a goody, like a free shaker for making martinis and such (I have been given two so far).”
“A great addition to the Kingwood shopping scene. Not sure about some negative comments about it being small or underwhelming. I think they built it with what Kingwood shoppers will do in mind. The store has ample parking and is about the size of the other typical Trader Joe's stores I have been in, albeit some out in San Francisco were bigger and one had a first and second floor! I waited a month to go in, didn't want to fight crowds when it opened. I had to drop a package at the nearby UPS store so I just walked over and meandered through the store. Did I buy anything? You bet! Nothing I really needed but they do have fun things that most big chain groceries don't.”

“I like to come to the world market for snacks that they have. They have lots of different snacks around the world. Lately i went and they are having the egg event. I tried but gave up on finding it after spending almost 2 hours there. Update i went again during the hidden golden nutcracker. I found it and received 20 off coupon i was able to get a whole box of snacks using my coupon on only paid 27 cents.”

We came to this location from The Heights after learning about the BOGO (buy one, get one for $2) sale on wine. Fantastic experience all the way around, plus some yummy samples along the way. Also love how they are caring for their customers during this Covid-19 pandemic, only so many customers at a time and trying to make sure everyone is happy when they leave the store.”
“I have been coming to this location for years. Everytime Edna is working she greets me with smile and ask me if I need any help. She treats customers as family. Edna is very knowledgeable on all type of alcohol yall provide for the public. This store is my first choice when I need to get a bottle or 2 adult drinks for a party or just to sip at the house. Twin liquors is true blessed to have her as a staff member.”

“Popped over here on a Friday night after a long week, was pleasantly surprised with our visit. Store was well stocked, and the Asian gentleman who rung us out was really nice and pleasant. The building itself was a little shabby, but aside from needing some updates, it's a nice little liquor store for folks around”
