My wife bought me a new Motorola G play 23 last November for Christmas it has been one nightmare after another With technical issues. Trying to connect to Bluetooth is a nightmare. Apps don't work you have to reset the time on your own everyday. One thing after another with this phone. I strongly urge people not to buy this phone I've been with Metro buy T-Mobile for 10 years I'm thinking about switching to boost Mobile

Racist MetroPCS employees made me move my car because they couldn't drive their car through the parking lot even though they have a whole section blocked off and unused, not even worth coming to this store. Rather go to conroe to pay my phone bill.

The worst experience ever!!! What ever you do take your money elsewhere!!! If I could give it negative stars I would. They sold me two bad Samsung A-15 phones (they freeze and are glitchy to the point they were useless) with new lines and didn’t want to honor an exchange and when I tried to return the bad phones in less than a week they wanted to charge restocking fees. I had already called Metro Customer Service and they told me there were not gonna be any restocking fees involved. I was ok with service and activation fees of course. They still wanted to charge the restocking fees and the young man said that there was no manager at the store and had a very bad attitude. He expressed that it didn’t matter anything I said and repeated they were gonna charge the restocking fees. The phones did not work properly! I forgot to mention I had visited the store the night before closing and said it was late and there was no manager so I had to come back the next day to this. They are just cheap and are giving me a hard time to honor the refund.

Service is fast, someone had an attitude when I couldn't use my phone. She didn't put the sim card in it so.... another person put one in and the phone worked.

I would give it zero stars, stay away from this store and look for another one. There are two girls with a bad mood who only smile when they want to offer you their filthy tablets. It must be that they want to reach the goal. Otherwise, they have a long face and it seems like they feel like they are doing you a favor. and they were not being paid lousily, I went to the store on Nov 22, 2022

This is a great place, the ladies there were really nice and helped me stay connected with customer service for about 30 or 40 minutes to resolve my problem. They even negotiated for me to help lower my bill and get a free line! Go ladies yall rock!
