Bad service. The employee didn't deal with the problem accurately. I went to another metro 1km away down the same street and they easily fixed the problem.

I recently bought 2gb of top data which wasn't a great expense ,but if I ignore this it probably will not stop.So for the past few months I've resorted to hotspot and since I have a great signal it's a great alternative to this horrible dsl around here but this time when I needed it they gave me some of the data yes however it was throttled to .02 mbs per second! I was expecting at least the usual 20 to 30 mbs however when j called before the data had been used up from me trying to load up a simple friends list and other small tasks they said they couldn't help if you can go with T-Mobile do it
