If I can rate 0 stars I would. Went in for an alignment and they ended up saying it was the whole suspension that needed to be switch. However I didn’t go for it, went to a different location all it needed was new tires. Spend half of what they quoted me. It is not the first time they try to take advantage of the situation with a car.

Asked about radiator coolant flush. Quoted $120. High but I wanted a flush. I specifically asked manager if it is a flush of the system. But I watched them merely drain some fluid out and pour from a single gallon of O’reilly 50/50. What a rip-0ff, bunch of liars and thieves. I’ll not go back for the oil changes either. Read other reviews that say they are not changed oil either. Who knows if they are actually changing the oil and / or filter. Walmart is cheaper, uses name brand fluids and quick.

Very bad service, I went for a tune up and change of pads late, 6 hours waiting for them to finally come out at 5:30pm with the fact that they had changed the pads and discs in front because the ones in the back had ordered it wrong. Besides, when they delivered the car to me because they were going to close my car, a tempering machine came out worse than when it came in. On the way to my house I was left stranded and had to pay a Reca who charged me $300 in addition to the $780 they charged me because the gentlemen put in two loose spark plugs and they threw them away. I don't recommend it, don't go if you don't want to end up paying $1,000 for a tune up and 2 brakes.

Very bad experience with this workshop, I took my car for air conditioning repair, they charged me for a part and repair in 300 dollars and 20 days later the problem was the same as what I took it in the first time with the problem, I took my car to have it repaired. They will check again and tell me that now it is the Valve of the same part that they put in that is why the refrigerant gas came out but that it is not their fault that it was defective from the factory like that and I had to pay 120 dollars again But, I hope this time it turns out well but in any case I will not return to this workshop to be told that now it is something else. Thieves, I must have listened to the people who were there and they told me that they don't do the job well and that the guarantee they give you is not valid because they come out with something else. I don't recommend them.
Updating 10 days later, the air conditioning no longer cools, it is worse than when I had it the first time.

Went in to get an oil change thinking it was going to be no more than $40 as I usually go to Walmart which is no more than $30. They asked me what kind of oil my car takes and I didn’t know as usually my dad takes care of it. They charged me $70 for it. I’m assuming since I’m young and a girl they used the most expensive oil since I don’t know anything.

BEWARE, they put the wrong oil filter in my car, I’ve been going there for years and my parents have been going there for years as well, we will not be going back.So disappointed!!!!!

This place was just what I needed! Francisco took the time to explained the problem and showed me the damagedparts. He was very patient and did his best to make sure I got my money's worth. I will definitely use them again for my future car needs.
