If you go to the bank a lot this place is definitely a great bank. Hardly ever any lines and they remember who you are.

Rep helped me out in a major way! Atascosita location had it all wrong with the requirements to change your last name on a joint account. This rep allowed me to email my marriage license because on top of the other location telling me i needed my husband there, she told me I didn’t need my marriage license as well. She was wrong with both requirements as I was only changing my demographics, my husband is not needed!! Thank you to this rep and I can FINALLY start my new job! She clearly read her requirement manual thank you!!

Honestly I was a bit upset with Regions account security. I have my password saved on my phone so there is no reason why my account should ever be locked. I tried to log on one day and website did not let me claiming account was locked due security reasons. I called the help number because I wanted to know when it was locked to receive no good answer and they telling me my account wasn’t locked. Helloooo? I’m looking at it in front of my face. Felt like I was being accused of lying or inferring it was user error because she had me walk through steps how to log in. The next day, I received notice that my security questions were changed… again, I didn’t do that. Called again and got my account listed as “compromised”. I go up to the branch to close my account and withdraw all my money because now I’m not comfortable. I was told by an employee at this branch that my email notice was likely spam because Regions doesn’t use any security questions. (Well… I guess the supposedly spam email has the correct “from” Regions email address, right Regions number and no suspicious links). Nevertheless, he could not tell me when account was locked and what security was changed. I opted to close the account because I was no longer comfortable banking here. Without mentioning how I was going to withdraw the balance, I was asked if wanted an envelope for the wad of cash that was cashed out 🤦🏻♀️. Yes, it is likely that they would probably have to dig deeper to find me answers but it’s worrisome to have back to back security issues and staff insinuating it was my fault somehow.

I work in the center across from Regions, and let me tell you what. Even though I don’t personally bank with this branch, my work does and everyone at this location is SO NICE! Seriously they are lucky to have such wondering staff working here. They take care of their customers and give it a very personal touch to every visit. This review is a shout out to Shauna, Casey, Christian, Hector, Arilene, and Letty. I want to personally say how awesome it is to know the type of service I’ll get no matter what time of the day it is, it’s never short of excellence. Thank you everyone for making my experience with you all so rememberable. 10’s across the board.

Regions Bank is hands down the worst user friendly bank for consumers. Everything is a huge inconvenience. Moving to WellsFargo for my primary day to day banking.

As a 62-year-old man, I have had a lot of experience with many different banks over the years, but I can honestly say that I have never had a better experience with a bank in my life. The staff at the branch in New Caney have always treated me and my family with respect and a friendly smile. I know I am not the largest depositor in this bank, but they treat me as if I am. I wouldn't dream of using another bank. I have referred several people to this bank, and they feel the same way. If you are looking for a bank that treats you well and can meet your financial needs, look no further than Regions Bank in New Caney. They are by far the best! I am a very satisfied customer!

I've been a Regions bank member for going on 12 years. I have been totally satisfied with the service and, in my opinion, it has definitely gotten better over the years. Regions has developed services that I didn't even know I needed and helped me set everything up along the way. As for the Valley Ranch location, I have been using the branch since it opened and I have always had positive interactions with every teller and associate I have come into contact with. Valley Ranch even made it easy to setup up an account for my wife's LLC when she started her own business. I highly recommend to all friends and family!

On August the 10th my wife and I went into the Valley Ranch to add her on to my checking account and to open a joint savings account we were denied both services. First they refuse to accept my check saying that I didn't have matching funds in my checking account the check was for $13,000 I wanted to put $3,000 into the checking and 10,000 to open a savings. Secondly they would not let me add my wife on to the checking account because they claimed she had to have a current United States ID but the law clearly states all she needs is two forms of ID that are current from German. So today I go in to close out my savings account and the young lady Leticia Tamayo still has her job after she so clearly discriminated against me and my wife for being an interracial couple. The reason I say this because all the services that she denied us, the regions Bank off of beltway 8east let me open a savings and add my wife on the account if that is not racism at its finest I don't know what is. And the manager Will he was smug about the whole thing like he really didn't care so be aware of regions Banks my friends they have a lot of discrimination lawsuits in the weeds out west in California.

Wouldn't advice anybody to do business over there. Employee (Leticia Tamayo) is very racist. On the 10th of August me and my husband (we are an interacial couple) went to that location to add me onto the account of my husband. Lezicia refused to take my ID and wouldn't add me onto my husbands account, cause I'm married to a black man. But not only that, my husband was trying to deposit a check ($ 13.0000) into his account, and she refused to deposit the check as well, cause he is married to a white woman. This was so humiliating and made us feel very uncomfortable. There are no words for, how she treated us.
