No return policy on clippers even if not used. Make you buy warranty for return even if you turn right around after walking out door. And when you do they won't give you the warranty on next pair .they keep it. Will never buy anything from them again and I encourage others to do the same. You let the they will do it.

10/10 would recommend. This is the only Sally’s employees I trust. They give advice that works and will never steer you the wrong way. Korey, Hannah & Astrid are literally so amazing. No matter how many times I botch my hair they help me fix it enthusiastically along with no judgment. They’re sweet as can be and make the whole experience comfortable for some one with major social anxiety. I Truly have the best experience any time I come here. They’re fantastic and really deserve a raise. Even in the last ten minutes of they’re shift they will help you fully and with out any Animosity. I will never go to another Sally’s. This is my store of choice every time.

Tatum helped me with an online order; she was AWESOME!!! Took her time, was very patient and helped me resolve my issue. My hat is off to her and whoever hired her. She understands Customer service!!!! A+ for this gal, someone give her a raise!!!!

I go in here quite a bit and I’ve never have had a bad experience till now the MANGERS name was Karen that is what the name tag says I asked a question cause I was unsure of something and she responded to me as if I was stupid I felt very mistreated as if I have done something wrong after that I felt very unwelcomed then when I asked for a bag she said no will never be coming back to this location.

Unpleasant and rude attention from the clerk today August 26. I have been a frequent buyer of Sallys for years, and I have never felt so badly attended, just by uncovering a haircutting machine. The place is good but with sellers like her, I don't think it's nice to shop there. The store owner should consider it. There are many pleasant ways to explain to clients, and more so when we do not know the policies of the place. I am also a businesswoman and I do not think that her treatment has been the most appropriate

Awful 1st experience here today .they is not knowledgeable on any products for African American hair not even for bleach.But follow u around store like u a thief pretending they trying to help felt very uncomfortable in there.told me what I already knew I simply was asking to see if it’s any new bleach product soft not too harsh couldn’t answer that simple question just pointed to different bleach..but I know in Florida they not too quick to hire license cosmetologist I guess it’s same here.And claim My license wasn’t in system for my discount..How many times u gonna keep asking do I need help and follow customers.Hopefully if I decide to come back it will be better reps! It’s close to me is why I chose this one but I rather drive 30 minutes if it’s gonna be better service than this.

I’m so tired of walking in this store and getting asked if I need help more than once and followed around like I’m going to steal something. Asking once if I need help is enough. If I need you I will let you know. Today I could literally feel the lady’s breath on my neck as I was shopping for clippers. Can I have some space? As a professional hairstylist this bothers me I can’t even get supplies without being harassed I can imagine how the customers feel

If you buy shears here and you don't like them you can return them as long as you have original receipt. They didn't want to give me a return, they told me no at first that supposedly the receipt showed no returns on shears and showed me but it said the opposite, then they called there manager and she lied saying I bought it last month when I had just bought it two weeks before. I had to go to another Sally's to get my refund the ladies there are AWFUL!!! DONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING THERE AT ALL!!!! REAL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
