I walked in without an appointment today at around 10:45. I was greeted when I walked in and checked in at the kiosk.
Emily introduced herself and had me in the chair within 5 minutes of arriving.
She was super friendly, washed and trimmed my hair and beard and had me looking g great again in under 30 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

Paula was very nice and made me feel very comfortable the whole time I sat in her chair. I told her I had a family reunion to attend later that evening and she got right to work. Definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was looking right when I seen my family again. Long story short Many compliments that night so yall look out for my girl Paula.

Never enough people working. Made appointment online and waited 40nmins longer than told. Long waits and the screen that tells you the approximate time is never accurate and keeps going up everytime rather than down

Valerie from Valley ranch is awesome! If I cold give her 10 stars we would. We moved and went to another SC and they were horrible. We came back in town to close on our house and went back to Valerie and she fixed my sons hair :) She has always been wonderful.
