Not sure why so many high ratings. Equipment looks old. Floor unkept. But the plus side of it all. Its 24 hr access. There are plenty of machines for everyone. People are friendly. Near the highway. I mean overall pretty good. Just not 5 stars.

Gym was a good underground style gym like I like unfortunately it’s overcrowded with kids stacking one machine causing long wait times and one bathroom for whole gym is mind boggling but the staff is great and people are good friendly people just need to work out things

Been coming here for almost 2 years now and haven’t felt the need to switch. Great gym, great people everyone wipes down the equipment (thank god) and they installed a fan and a vending machine. Always a great time and workout. Can’t recommend enough.

Good gym but they need to get rid of the Bluetooth speaker. Don’t like having to hear other people’s bad music over my headphones. Otherwise clean and organized.

Phenomenal gym of your serious about your goals. Surrounded by like minded people definitely helps you grow. The owner Quentin is a very humble and nice guy, not above asking you how your day is going. ?? I'm glad I found SBB!

I love this gym, the owners, and the environment. Equipment is available for a multitude of fitness needs and goals. 24 hour access has been super helpful for early morning or late night work outs. The atmosphere is motivating and judgement-free (which I haven’t found at corporate gyms). I can’t recommend SBC enough.

Great establishment; very helpful staff and members. I was hesitant to join at first, thinking it was a "boys club" type of environment but that couldn't be further from the truth. the members have always been respectful, helpful and even cheer you on when you're having an off day. The Bryan family own and operate this place with a no BS policy and zero tolerance for disrespect and it shows! Highly recommend to anyone in the area or passing through.

-1 Couldn't get in the door. Was either locked or my lat pull was insufficient. -1 At least the parking lot was in bad shape. -1 Phone wasn't being answered that morning. +1 Standing outside was not as enjoyable as it could have been, but it wasn't raining anymore. +1 It's close to a gym.

Great gym with fantastic equipment and a wonderful staff! Been coming here for over 2 years and still loving it! Lots of very unique machines you don't see many places too. Hard to find good hardcore gyms like this in New Caney. 5 stars!
